The first time I tried Charminar Express, they had just opened up their doors for business and both the goat and chicken biryanis were excellent. They had a strong flavor and decent spice level. There was also a nice layering and balance of seasoned meat, masala, and biryani rice. Tasted almost homemade. However, the second time I bought the same biryanis, they were so loaded with very spicy masala to the point where the pleasant flavor and aroma that you usually find in homemade biryani was very diminished. Read moreI recently dined at this restaurant and had an absolutely delightful experience. The ambience was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for an enjoyable meal.

Their Naan are different as well. I ordered Classic Butter Naan, was a bit smaller in size and it was not airy, although the bread was soft. I am glad I ordered 2. I would say they are ok, this item can easily be improved.
I personally liked the Naan that are blown up with air bubbles.
I...
