Every time I go through the drive through they are always rude. I asked about how old the tea was and she got mad, talked back and then said this morning. I went through at 3pm. Brewed tea is only good for 4 hrs otherwise you risk giving people salmonella. She also just kept say “what else you want”. They also screwed up my order and got mad at me for them screwing it up. They said “why didn’t you tell me that before?” and I had to prove them with my receipt that they screwed up. I remained calm and didn’t raise my voice like I wanted to but the drive through makes me not ever want to go to this Burger King. Read moreDrive thru staff is rude and getting food for simple items is slow. On one instance, the lady wouldnt let me use 2 coupons because I was the only person in the vehicle. I then said “since when?" because I've given them more than one coupon on multiple occasions while by myself. She rudley responded that its been that way it since 1990s. Added with her bad attitude, I promptly left.
On another instance, the drive thru lady (same girl as above) told me to wait because they were backed up. After 10 minutes, the lady rudely asked if I was ever going to order or if I was waiting on something, despite that fact that she told me to wait.

The staff at the counter and drive through seem to have never looked at the menu and frequently ring up orders wrong or misunderstand simple requests, such as asking for a medium meal, then asking for an additional large fry after, they will go back and make the meal a large. Or order a chocolate oreo shake, they will make a vanilla Oreo (big deal, I know but it has happened on multiple occasions). Some seem to lack basic manners and frequently ignore you for quite some time without so much as a "I'll be right with you".
