Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Nevada

I had the worst service of my life, the shift manager is rasist and rude. 9am on November 4th 2017 I was with my wife and 1 year old son. Mind you I don’t live in this area my son was Hungary and I was also buying food for about 4 more kids. I ordered from drive tru, I spent well over $25 asked for “potato wedges with no bacon” when I approach the window I waited over 20 min for my order. When I finally got my order I was driving and asked my wife to check the potato wedges, she proceeded to check them and noticed they had Bacon. I made a uturn and decided I was going to go inside to get my oreder corrected. Once I was inside I waited another 15 min finally they spoke with me I advised them that they had my order in correct. This is wear it all went wrong!!!!! The girl employee went to the shift manager and said we got this order wrong he asked for no bacon. He began to argue with her and ask questions like “so what’s wrong with it” “I don’t see nothing wrong with it” for at least 5 min I was fed up I told him my self... “I specifically ask for no bacon and you guys added it anyway I don’t want bacon. He told her to drop some more. After another 15 min the gave me a box of cheese wedges that it! No bag, no fork, no nothing. I asked for sour cream and a fork for the wait. He said “hell no we won’t accommodate you”. There’s more to the story that I didn’t list about he’s actions prior to me ordering again that will make you never want to eat jack in the box again...... I’ll never ever go here again!!!!!!! Never never never!!! And I encourage people not to support a establishment that will allow this person to be rude and disrespecful to the customers. You are located in black Nabor hood and you don’t like...

I would have given them less than one it took me a few minutes to decide because they couldn't get all of my coupons first time only two worked next time 3 worked together when I finally was able to complete my order I asked for my food to be fresh he she said okay and tomatoes on one of my wrap he she told me didn't charge me for .20 upsold another customer while I was waiting on my food to buy a large drink I had a coupon for free tacos I given my coupon to the that customer they was going to expire in a couple of days anyways.when I received my food my food was barely warm and my fries was not hot I took a bite out each wrap and a couple of fries this is not right I've been coming to this jack in the box over 20 Year never had a problem I complained to the manager and refused to remake my fries or give me my coupons back when I given her the food back I could have went to a different jack in the box for better service this happened around 4:20 pm today 6/28/24 now I have to spend more money at another jack in the box for better service and food. All the manager did was gave me a refund what the coupon promoted didn't even include taxes what I paid for and refused to give me my coupons back or to remake my food talking about free food when I barely took a bite I wish I had of taken a picture customer...

I went late like 10pm last night to buy a chicken sandwich and some nuggets & I also had a coupon for a free medium fry with any purchase so I used that as well which came out to like $2 and some change. When I got to the window the employee that looked like he could be manager (he had a red shirt on) took my 20 dollar bill and asked me to pull to the front and they would bring me my food. He closed the window before I could get a word out about my change . I pulled to the front and he came out about 5 mins later. I went home a noticed I didn't get my change or my receipt. I turned around and went back . A new manager was on shift (less then 5 min after I had left the drive thru) I told him what happen he asked for me to come back at 6am after he count his money and it there was $17 and some change over that he would give it to me. I came back at 6am this morning before work and he said his money wasn't over (who pocketed the $17? where did it go?) and that the OTHER manager would call me by 10am. It's not 12pm and I still haven't got a call or my money back. This place is horrible and the whole company and location lost my business for good. Wouldn't recommend and will defiantly tell all my family members and friends is the area about Jack In The Box.
