IHOP — Restaurant in Nevada

This has to be the worst place I've ever seen service. I'm a server (over in Cali, so maybe it's a little different in Nevada?) so Im a little more observant to service when it comes to eating out. This place was so bad this is my FIRST negative review I have ever done.

It took them a good 10 min for anyone to even come to the table ,And the person who came first was a manager asking if I wanted something to drink while I waited.Then waited another 5 min for a server to ask me what I wanted. The only thing fast my was food that came out Ina good time, and was delicious. So a couple minutes after receiving my food another single diner was sat at the table across from me. I ate my food, drank another cup of coffee, then paid, and that poor girl STIll had not been greeted !! While 2 different servers kept attending the tables next to her.

Also, the smell is so bad in there I thought it was the construction out front but as another review from 3 years ago said the same thing I think it's the restaurant.

And finally , the server CLAUDIA , was the cherry on top of this horrible experience. The entire time of my stay I had to hear her yell at everyone . Not sure if she is manager but sure as hell acted like one . Shes the only thing u can hear in the place . I know exactly what is going on with her tables , yelling at the kitchen staff . And constantly talking, SO, DAMN , LOUDLY. doesn't help she doesn't have the most appealing voice. I don't care Claudia if you were flirting with a table to get...

I had never have a such of disappointment on an IHOP, like I had today, the restaurant wasn't busy, it was Sunday at 2:45, few tables only, well firstable, we waited 30 minutes to get our food but first they told me that they were out of mushrooms for the omelet I ordered, so I changed my meal to a tilapia dinner, I was looking for a healthy option as I have really sensitive stomach right now, well they told me oh sorry we don't have rice right now, I said ok give something else besides the broccoli, so I choose spinach, our food was served 30 minutes after we placed the order, we asked for some ranch, guess what?? Sorry we are out of RANCH!! AT THIS POINT IM SPECHLESS AND FRUSTRATED AND HUNGRY!! OK let's start eating, and for my surprise they served me " mold broccoli " and that's what's the last straw, I was disgusted with what I saw black broccoli really?? Well I talked with the manager and I asked If she would be willing to eat that broccoli?? Of course she said No, I explained her the frustration of my visit and she only said, oh I'm just going to take it off from the check!! There's was no even an apology or a compliment for such dissatisfied visit we has today, I'm sorry but this time you lost 7...

I ordered a 17 dollar veggie omelet with side avocado received poor quality it stated stuffed with veggies hollandaise sauce and Jack cheddar cheese I didn't receive any of the sort. The picture shows broccoli didn't receive it. Little amount of veggies on top on inside no cheese hollandaise sauce nothing stuffed on the inside I also ordered strawberry milk shake I receive a small strawberry milk for 7 dollars as well I called right after I placed the order around 9:40 spoken to a gentleman explained no whip extra hollandaise on the side as well extra veggies and please do not rush the order the driver have to get there... only he gotten right no whip but who in they right will make a milkshake and let it sit for 20 minutes..do not request delivery if so expect every thing to be wrong now when I calls my number goes straight voice-mail in fact I have pictures to show everything I have stated is true how disappointing I have to cook something to go with this omelet way to much egg stuffed wasn't their strongest suit if it was overloaded on top and at least put cheese inside omelet wouldn' t feel it was a waste of time neither will I have to add something...
