I'm leaving this review in hopes corporate will actually read it and get involved with a store that desperately needs new employees. I understand they have young kids working here as their "first job", however no customer should be treated with an attitude. I ordered at the drive thru 3/16 around 12 in the afternoon. I always get my usual, hot small coffee french vanilla with cream and sugar. The manager knows me there for getting the same coffee every visit. The young girl who takes my order was a bit snippy. I ask what type of donuts they offer, and they're limited to only chocolate frosted and glazed. Each time I go there, I see this as an issue, even on weekdays they run out of donuts to the point in which deters the customers from even purchasing any. What is up with that? I wait in line after ordering for 10 minutes, again which is too long for a drive thru with only one other person ahead of me. When I get to the window, the girl tries to hand me a cold iced coffee. I ask her, is that mine? I'm sorry but I asked for a hot vanilla coffee. She then tells me to "Relax" and that she'll fix it. With attitude no less, which again SHOULD NEVER BE THE WAY A CUSTOMER IS TREATED. On top of not getting my order right, she has a hard time reading my credit card in which she had to ask a manager to help her. Saying "This card isn't reading" again with attitude and insinuations that my card isnt working. How hard is it to use a chip reader? I get home to finally bring my coffee and meal to myself and grandmother. The coffee was a regular hot coffee, no vanilla and no cream or sugar. The bacon was burnt to an crisp, so badly I had to spit it out. The hashbrowns were cold. I wish I could attach a photo of what everything looks like however its not allowing me to upload. Absolutely horrendous service and it's sad this place went downhill the moment they started hiring children who don't understand how the...
Read moreI came to this location because it was on the way to a friend's house. I waited at the register and no one was there. I had to get someone, who was working the drive thru, and before I can ask them if they can take my order, the attitude began. I was told, "Go back to the register to put your order in", with an attitude. So I go back to the register and another employee just walks by and ignores me, no hello, no good morning, nothing. Then she comes back, takes my order and there is no printer, no receipt. I'm waiting for my order on the takeout side and I am asked what I am waiting for with an attitude. It is a shame to see this pretty much everywhere you go, there is a abundance of people who are miserable and do not offer quality customer service. They have bad attitudes and need to be taught how to be courteous and polite. They have no customer care skills and are entitled. Like we owe them something. The gentleman there was the only one who dud not have an attitude. All the women there need an attitude adjustment. To the owner of this location, train your employees to be polite, courteous, and how to attend to your customers with common...
Read moreI have been here a couple of times. Sometimes there’s only one nice worker. I know how difficult working in a fast food restaurant can be. That doesn’t excuse the fact that I got dirty looks the first time I ever went here. I also started to receive judgment about what I ordered by the same worker. I asked politely for my special request of decaf bc my body is sensitive to caffeine. Instead I received a regular macchiato (which has a double shot) and not my usual decaf cappuccino. I come another day with different workers and they tell me they can’t make my hot chocolate with milk. I come in again and my coffee has caffeine in it again. I start shaking whenever I have caffeine and I am also pregnant. This isn’t right. I try to talk to the employees and they act polite or try to help without rolling their eyes and talking angrily towards me. I’ve never had this issue at the two other Dunkin’s I’ve went to. I don’t understand why there’s so much negative energy in this place. I’m really disappointed because Dunkin’ is my favorite fast food restaurant. Plus this one is near me and I don’t feel comfortable going...
