I go to Jersey Mike's in Weston almost every week for lunch, and they make the subs perfect there.I hate franchise like this that make's all the Jersey Mike's look bad. I said, "Let me go the the one down the street front my house instead, i.e., this one. I saw they had a big stack i mean a very big high stack of already sliced tomatoes, I asked for no tomatoes if they are soft, they gave me soft ones anyway. The sandwich was sooo sloppy by the time I reached home, which was 10 minutes later. My entire sub was soggy, nasty, and not put together well at all !! I'm soo disappointed and upset. I gave the sandwich to my Mastiff. With process so high for food, this is really unacceptable! This was supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch and it had no ranch the chicken tasted like it...

The food was great..However the service was horrible the young man over looked my daughter and I and proceeded to help someone who came in after us..I had to say something for him to acknowledge we were standing there.After taking part of my order he proceeded to help the gentleman that came after us and then he made an offensive remark “You’re not done yet..I thought those two where for you” I replied My daughter wants to order as well..While ringing up my order I was joking to my daughter that it was expensive.As the guy after me rudely grabs his order and cup and ask the cashier does he has to pay?? The cashier replied to me if the order is expensive i should change my life style..And no the guy after me didn’t pay...

Food is always great at JM's, but what makes this specific location the best is the two young ladies who closed on Thursday, July 24th. I am in the restaurant biz myself, and I was amazed at how nice and genuine they were. I entered around 8:40 pm (they closed at 9:00pm) and I asked if I could still order and they didn't blink. They made me feel relaxed that I could enjoy my meal after I worked a 12-hour shift.
