Jack's Place — Restaurant in Superior

This was my 1st time in jacks and me my buddy Charlie and Marcus went in for a drink we got a drink each and then we sat and played the games they had that took all three of us to the cleaners and I had put the last of my money into the game next to the one I played and i won my money back so I played till it took back almost half of what I got back and decided to take my money and leave after trying to figure out how to cash out the bar tender said she is cashing me out and I don’t have to do anything I give her my id and she tells me I can come get my winnings in the morning at six am and I asked why and she said that’s just what the owner says and that it would be there for me in the morning so I go there and the manager tells me I can’t have my money cause I was sketchy gambling I don’t know what that even means how can you gamble sketchy on a slot machine and what is sketchy about pressing a spin button over n over? Is the machines not supposed to win ever and if u so happen to do so your labeled as sketchy it makes no sense so it’s an excuse to not pay someone n that’s really messed up I’m embarrassed and upset and feel like I have been robbed of my money and of any fun I may have had because I am not a regular and that’s ok to slander and steal from new customers well I recorded my interaction with the manager this morning when I tried to get my money so don’t go here it’s not a place that treats their customers very well and steals from you and yeah the owner just lets it happen I guess n don’t care about u so avoid this bar and film ur experience if you do go there like I did for proof find a lawyer and call the BBB also and...

Usually I don’t post bad reviews but this place deserves it. After seeing the last review I have to say something. I also played the machines there and won $300 but the ticket never printed so I had to come back the following day. Well I was told the machine malfunctioned and that the books came out even so they did not owe me anything. If you have a machine for gambling that “malfunctions “ then fix it or remove it. I will never step foot in this place ever again. Not an honest establishment! To the guy on the last review, file a complaint with the gambling commission. At least they will look into this. I did! Terrible experience!! Snow day off of work and just looking for a friendly quiet place....Jack's is not the place to go!!! The bartender was an absolute nightmare and I won't be back again!! I've never written a review before, but after listening to her gossip and put down people the whole time I was there, I felt like I had to say something. She talked about customers after they walked out the door loudly enough for everyone to hear.
