Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and compliance with the mask mandate. When I entered the store last night, there was a young man sitting at the slot machines without his mask on. He saw me and immediately put it on. I appreciated that gesture although he should have been wearing it all the time. He at least had the self-awareness to know he was in the wrong and corrected his action. I wish the same could be said of the counter person. The lady at the counter was improperly wearing her mask with it just around her mouth. I didn't say anything directly to her but it certainly stood out. While I was waiting for my order, an older woman came into the store and she politely pointed out to the counter person that she wasn't wearing her mask properly. The counter person was very rude to her, got huffy, and commented, "Not everybody is afraid of COVID" It has nothing to do with being AFRAID, it's about courtesy and caring about your customers. If the counter person had apologized and put her mask over her nose, I wouldn't be writing this review. But she didn't. She stubbornly refused to take the simplest action and instead treated both myself and the other customer in a rude fashion. There are plenty of restaurants that have no problem with following health and safety rules. If you order from this place, just consider if their attitude is this poor about masks (see other Google reviews), what other health and safety issues...
Read moreMaybe it was because it was close to closing time, I really don’t know. Maybe they were just having a bad night, but the staff seemed a little irritable tonight. The worst was the person who delivered my food. For some reason my phone has been acting up and I haven’t had much time to figure it out. But to me when someone calls your phone 6 times in a matter of two minutes and another two times in the next minute, it seems a little inpatient to me. I received his message and it takes a couple minutes to get down to the door and when I got there he told me several times about how he tried to call me about “10” times and he couldn’t get through, but he didn’t mention it was all in a matter of “3” minutes. Lol. I also tried calling his number back as I was heading out the door and couldn’t get through. Maybe we were trying to call each other the time he received a busy signal? Anyway, maybe have a little patience. We are all having a difficult time these days. Oh, and usually the food is awesome, tonight it was maybe mediocre . Hopefully we will all have a better night the next time around.

Read moreLast time I ate here, about 9-10 years ago, it wasn’t exciting. The interior didn’t look great, the staff wasn’t any friendly, and the food wasn’t good.
I agreed with my family to try them again, and I learned that everything has changed. The interior looked relaxing, the staff that waited us was friendly, and the pizza was delicious! But dang it, when we ordered the deluxe without sausage, it was still on there when she said it was ok to order without it. 🤦🏼♂️ You kidding me? I thought we made it pretty clear, but she left them on there… Would’ve rated 5 stars if it weren’t for that. But everything else was fine, so it doesn’t deserve anything less than 3 from me. Just a tough situation.
I deleted the old review, and cut and paste the same one a year later, because the response I got was stupid when at the end, they said, "We’re excited to have your 4 stars for now & hope you’ll update this review once we’ve earned that remaining ⭐️," when I clearly gave them 3 at the time, and it CLEARLY SAYS THAT I GIVE IT A 3 IN MY REVIEW.
