If I could give this dealership a lower rating, I would. Do not buy anything used from here. Even the locals didn’t have anything good to say. For reference on coming up for the test drive, I worked a deal over the phone and took a 12 hour drive to look at a 2017 Silverado. Seemed like a decent deal. I asked about issues and problems and was told the engine and transmission were replaced. I asked for logs on everything done and was given nothing on 3 different occasions. I was also told there were no warning lights active on the vehicle. When I arrived I immediately noticed large scratches on the outside of the vehicle that were never repaired. Most dealerships have a rule about repairing damages over a certain amount. Not this one apparently. There were rust spots below the driver door that were much worse than expected on a vehicle with only 50k miles. I had them get it on a lift so I could inspect the truck from underneath and found deep corrosion pits on the frame. The shocks were heavily corroded as well and were going to need replaced soon. I then went on a test drive only to find TPMS warning lights popping up despite being told there were no lights. The sales guy tried to tell me they were aftermarket wheels and so they probably didn’t have the sensors. This is a completely ridiculous statement considering you can install TPMS sensors on aftermarket wheels. I then went through features that were supposed to be included in the package. Wireless charging pad didn’t work and I wasn’t told it was an issue. This could have been an oversight had I not been told the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected. It was fairly obvious by this point no one had bothered to actually inspect anything on the vehicle. To make matters worse I even told them ahead of time that I was a mechanic and would be thoroughly inspecting the truck before committing to buy. Instead of being upfront about issues they tried to hide problems in hopes of a sale. After telling them everything I found wrong I got cornered in the finance guys office and asked if I feel cheated by this and bombarding me with ridiculous statements trying to defend themselves. I was told it wasn’t intentional and they were going to have a serious talk with their service guys. But to be honest, this truck didn’t seem to have ever been in the service center. If it did I was never given the logs to verify anything. Long story short, 24 hours of driving, hotel costs, cashiers check fees, vehicle rental costs and fuel bills I’m out over a thousand dollars because this dealer couldn’t be up front. This dealer is the epitome of what gives all dealers a bad reputation. Stay away from here or at bare minimum make sure you do a very thorough inspection of the vehicle you are purchasing. They will rip you off without hesitation. And if you are like me and find issues that exceed your allowable tolerance you will get hounded by the management staff. When a meeting occurs over this fiasco the managers are going to place blame on sales and service and take no responsibility for how poorly they are running the place. Make no mistake this isn’t sales and service at fault, it is...
Read moreI am giving them a 1 star review for a few reason. Our first experience with them wasn’t the best. We went to look at a newer used vehicle. Salesmen was very nice and was able to find us the vehicle we wanted (2016 Silverado with 15000 miles on it). We wanted to trade in our 2013 car with 100000 miles on it and they tell us they would only give us 1 grand for it. I thought this was an insult being that the blue book on said vehicle is 4 to 6 grand for trade in. They than told us the vehicle we wanted was out of our price range. So we decided to wait. A few weeks later they called me and ask if I was still looking for a vehicle. I told them yes and gave the lady who called me all the information on what I was looking for again and she said she would call me back. She called me back right away and told me they can get us in a new 2018 Silverado with everything we wanted for the price we had in our budget. So we went back in that night to look at a few vehicles. I told the saleswomen what I was told on the phone and after talking with her finance manager she tell us that they can’t do that and the lady who called me doesn’t know everyone’s situation. And then they try to sell me a vehicle I wasn’t interested in to beat. So we leave again with no new vehicle. At this point I was frustrated and went to my bank. They preapproved me for a new vehicle. The following day the dealer calls me again. This time I tell them here is the vehicle I’m interested in what is the best deal you can give me on it. The guy on the phone says he will talk to his sale manger and call me right back. Hours go by and I don’t hear anything. Than their finance manager calls me to confirm he was giving the right information about us not wanting to finance through them and say he will see me when we go to look at the vehicle the next day. We get there the next day and the vehicle was waiting for us. We go for a drive with the first salesman who helps us on our first visit and we liked the truck. So we go in and do the paper work. They write the sale agreement up and the vehicle price somehow goes up 700 dollars more than the listed internet price. Now I’m just ticked off at this point. I tell them I’m not paying more than the price that is advertise. They tell me it was because I wasnt financing through gm. So I was going to walk again and they decided they could give me a grand off. I wanted the truck so I said screw it, write it up. I asked if they could put on running boards and mud flaps for that price and they said no but we have some damaged running boards that we got credited for that we could sell and they would get back to me on a price for them. So after buying the vehicle (it had 3000 miles on it) it should have had the oil changed prior to being put on the lot. I checked and the oil wasn’t changed. Called them and never got a response as to if it was or was not changed and the gave me a price of 580 dollars for a damaged set of running boards. All being said I was not happy with my experience and I will not recommend anyone to...
Read moreWe bought a 2013 Dodge Caravan from them for $7,000, and instantly had problems. It started immediately when I discovered there was no AC. Then, at week 3, we discovered that the struts were snapped and the brakes were only paper thin and about to break, so we had to get that fixed. We talked to them and after a lot of back and forth and pressing on them hard about this, they agreed to fix them, despite our asking to be put into a different car. We expressed then that it seemed like an illegal practice to sell a car in this condition without disclosing it or fixing the problems (since they were dangerous problems rather than just a cruddy car).
2 months later, the car broke down while driving it due to a bad alternator. 2 months after that, it overheated and we were once again stranded on the side of the road. After getting that fixed, it overheated again and I was stranded - AGAIN! That's when we were informed that it had a broken head gasket and the whole engine was shot, so the car is complete trash: only 7+ months after I bought this worthless thing.
I would NEVER buy from them. They took advantage of a young guy who came to them after 2 previous cars crapped out within a month or 2 of having them, and desperately needed a reliable car. This was expressed multiple times: we need a reliable car. Instead of being honest and telling us that they didn't have a reliable car in our price range so we could go somewhere else, they brought us a car that was only worth $2000 (at best) and sold it to me for $7000+ at a 25% interest rate. Here I am 7+ months later of payments where 80% was going to interest and I still owe almost $7000, despite putting $1500 down. I don't know how that's possible, but now I have a worthless car with a bad engine, no trade in value on it and I can't even get $300 for junking it.
I've been trying to reach the sales manager, Joe, for months about the warranty. I have left multiple messages and he refuses to call me back. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU and rip...
