Hardee’s — Restaurant in Surfside Beach

I got here they had a line they ran out of biscuits that's fine they told me I had to wait a few minutes there was a car in front of me there was two cars behind me and there was a man that came in after the car behind me I had ordered they served everybody else besides me I was as nice as I could be all I ordered was a steak was a pork chop and gravy biscuit with extra gravy on the biscuit when she came out and she delivered stuff to the cars in front of me the car's behind me and the gentleman that walked in after I had got there and ordered and got all his stuff after what's going on and she said oh well they had to cook the meat and that well I got out and walked in cuz I know it takes 4 minutes to cook the pork chop so and it was going to be 2 minutes more so so 17 minutes after I ordered I got the biscuit however they did not wrap it with the extra baby on it they decide to put it in a boat with extra gravy on that so now I cannot eat it until I get to work which I am already late for work they did not apologize for the inconvenience they did not do anything or even say anything about the fact that they served everyone three other vehicles I think another vehicle came up after that and the gentleman that walked in they gave all the way biscuits away before they did my pork chop and gravy they may have had bigger orders but I come there all the time and then after I got the bag they didn't even apologize or say thank you and I wasn't being mean I just said I know how long it takes to pork chop and great cook a pork chop that wasn't being mean I was being nice I was just stayed at the fact that why did everybody get ordered get their orders done well they got other things okay it takes 4 minutes to cook pork chop they got biscuits we were waiting on biscuits that's all we were waiting on so a single person doesn't matter to them and their order as long as they got a bigger order that's what they're going to go with and their attitudes specially the redhead ones that's the one who hand me my back kind of just splatted it down on the granite Granite she had shoulder length red hair I think it was I know it was red but I'm not thinking it was shortly she's the one and just she just wanted me out the store she was rude and it's just unbelievable that I got mine served last after everybody else in line who had bigger orders they came out with big bags for them one biscuit and I got made...

This establishment caused my Chron's Disease to come back from the dead, the stress and terrible service I received was worse than bee stings. Problem Number 1, the lady could not understand what we were saying at the Drive Thru and we would have gaps of 30 seconds of no talking. Also we almost got stung by a wasp killer. After we ordered we waited over 10 minutes in the line not that bad. Problem Number 2, we ordered 4 Burgers and when we got the bag there was extra burgers in the bag which was not a blessing since they were not our tastes and are in the trash. They messed up the two I ordered no big deal I'll go inside and try to get them corrected. What I witnessed inside was Problem Number 3, The workers did not mess up because they were bad workers what I saw was that they were understaffed and overworked. Then I waited 25 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. The drive thru never moved when I was inside and the people next to me who ordered before me also waited with me. I feel bad for the workers but have no doubt that this was review worthy. If you want to eat here don't do it at a busy time unless you have a sleeping bag and a tent, because you will wait amigo,...

For lunch today we decided to go to Hardee's because we don't have one near us & we like going there when we're out of town but oh my god after today we'll never go again. It took 18 minutes for our food to come out then they gave it to the wrong person. We got no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. We didn't get a receipt until after outer food came out & when I looked at it I noticed that my daughter's chicken tenders were $7.39 when the sign said chicken combo $5. I asked the lady at the counter why it rang up so much & she seriously said in order to get the food for $5 I had to tell her I wanted it for that price. I asked her what the difference was & she again told me I have to tell her I want the discount when I ordered. I've never even heard of that before. Most places if the sign says $5 you get it for $5. I would've asked for a manager but my stomach was starting to hurt from eating the terrible food. I swear I will never spend another penny at a Hardee's as long as I live. I have contacted corporate & posted on every social platform I can....
