Chain bagel shop has a homey, local feel and a line of tasty, chewy bagels. Small shop with limited seating got you bumping elbows with the regulars and conversing with the staff as you have always known each other. From breakfast to deli sandwiches, bagels, muffins, coffee and more. The Big Apple Club came with an ample amount of deli fresh Boar’s Head turkey, ham and bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and Mayo on a toasted bagel of your choice. My choice of Parmesan bagel was nicely toasted, chewy and added a finishing touch. Add a pickle spear, chips and a drink and the meal is complete.

Real bagel place in Surfside Beach area. It's a breakfast and lunch shop on Business 17 in a strip mall with a grocery store and Bealls & more. We are frequent customers because of the excellent bagels and the yummy variety of sandwiches. There are also muffins, salads, coffee, tea and fountain soda. Staffers are a pleasure to deal with and the regular people who go there are fun to chat with. Seating area inside and a couple of tables out front. Clean restrooms.

This is the first time we've tried this bagal shop since moving to Murrell's Inlet, We had a 2 for 1 coupon for a Breakfast sandwich, Tasty but very light on the ingredients. I had the jalapeno bagel BLT and my girl had a onion bagel BLT. On each was one very small piece of bacon and one thinly cut tomato. Service was prompt but wasn't asked which flavor of coffee I wanted. Very expensive for dozen bagels...is it me or is $17 way high for a dozen?

Consistently get my order wrong and they don’t seem to care. Just called to mention it and the woman said she couldn’t find my order. I wasn’t calling for a refund. I actually left a tip. I was calling to say please let the staff know to write the order down correctly. All I asked for was 2 extra eggs and they can’t ever seem get that right. I watched the girl write my order down and I said 4 eggs please and she didn’t write 4 so I said you might want to write that down and she just shook her head so I figured maybe she memorized it but then I get home and saw I only had 2 eggs and they also didn’t put ketchup on my family’s bagels… they always do this so I’m getting tired of it especially I call to mention it and then they act like as if I wasn’t even there today because she couldn’t find my order when I was just there 20 minutes...

Usually a wonderful place. This morning however, it was a s**t show. I am extremely disappointed at how things were done. Stood in like for 5 minutes and when we finally got to place our order, the lady taking the order was half asleep and kept asking the same questions over and over. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich on a Swiss melt bagel (last one they had in the store) and while we were paying for our order the customers behind us ordered a Swiss melt and were given the last one. (The one WE just ordered) when I complained about them giving away the bagel I was met with just blank stares and an "I don't care" attitude. When we finally got home, we realized two bagels we ordered weren't even in the bag. Definitely won't be going back until they hire some people who actually know what...

I heard the food and service was great. This is the third time in a row they got my food wrong. I always get food to go home, I guess they count on that so I won’t come back and complain. This time the girl at the counter had to ask me twice what my order was and with an attitude. She should have asked me a third time because they got my food wrong, again and it was too salty this time as well. I hope they are not surprised when I spell the order out next time and check my food before I leave! Maybe I should get an attitude with the cashier so she knows what it feels like! But I am not like that and would feel awful if I treated others the way I...
