I wish I would e got the name of the first young lady that helped me as she was amazing at her job. Unfortunately her team let her down. Walked in and ordered 1 hot in ready pepperoni, 1 three meat, and 1 pretzel crust pepperoni. Was told 15-20 mins. I stood there for 45 mins watching others order and wait and get their food and leave. The young lady kept apologizing and discovered that they had made two of my pizzas but forgot the other. This was at the 30 min mark. I watched as it looked like she was just deflated when she discovered they hadn’t started the third while the other two sat getting cold. So she put them in the warmer. She then changed positions with another girl who after another 15 mins I asked about my order and she snapped and said they were working on it without even asking who I was or what my order was. The first young lady then showed up with what I believed were my three pizzas and apologized again. I should have looked. Drove all the way home and they gave me two pretzel pizzas and did not give me the most expensive one the 3 meat one. It would cost me more in gas to drive back then to simply choke down the pretzel one that I don’t like (other one was specifically for one person). Read moreI'm new to the neighborhood. Ordered for pick up for the first time at this location last night. Ordered it 30 in advance. Show up to pick up from the machine. I'm missing 1 of the 4 items purchased. Cheesy italian bread. Was told that will be out in a few minutes. 6 minutes go by, and there is a younger lady handling the register. She was a younger brunette with eyeglasses, the manager she said. She had an ugly attitude. I asked about the cheese bread, and she said 5 to 10 minutes. So now I'm upset I was told a few. All of my order is now going cold while I wait 10 minutes for bread. She tells me this happens and I said this is my first order with them and she kept rolling her eyes. Anytime I had a response, she would roll her damn eyes. I called her out on it, too. The fact that my paid for food is going cold because of a missing item and I'm treated like I screwed up. I placed the order and included all my items and paid for it. Showed up on time to pick it up. No one was fumbling to put my order in the pick-up machine. The second time due to contact less delivery she chucked it on the doorstep missing a pizza before I could stop her. Call Little cesars and the kid proceeds to tell me its not their problem that I need to call doordash.... I ordered from little cesars not doordash. Can't get ahold of anyone for doordash nor little cesars main customer service. Horrible business practice and if its happened twice in a row clearly this is a location issue not a door dash issue.
