Absolutely the worst Sonic Experience of my life. One of the employees was outside screwing around with friends while multiple people were waiting to have their orders take .
We were in stall 12 and waited for around 15 minutes. After that, I got out of the car and checked stall 13 which had an error screen. I walked over to stall 11 and right away someone began to take my order. When I expressed to him that stall 12 was broke and we had been waiting for 15 minutes, he told me “that’s fine” and turned off his mic.
As we pulled into stall 11, an employee (or maybe the manager as he was dressed in all black) told us he was going to tell us stall 12 was broken. 15 minutes in.
When they brought our order, they were missing a drink.
When we suggested they put a sign up or change the screen to let customers know stall 12 is out of order, he stated “I don’t know how to do that.” And that was that.
You don’t know how to tape an ‘Out of Order’ sign to the stall? Why were you able to put an error screen on stall 13 but can’t post a sign on stall 12?
And to top it all off, my picky 4 year old asked for tater tots and they came cold and when I tasted them, they tasted like old oil.

Read moreMade an online order for pick up at this Sonic thinking it was going to be a fast option since I have to pass it on my way home from work. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for the food. Thought that's a bit strange since they're not even busy. I had ordered our kids grilled cheese hamburgers, and our littlest one actually started crying when she opened it up. It had nothing but some sauce lettuce and pickles on it & it was disgusting looking. It was so bad I had to return to the Sonic. Unfortunately, when I got there and asked for the manager, I was told, "You'll have to wait she's too busy to talk to you." I was so blown away by that it left me speechless. So I waited and waited, and after about 45 minutes, I decided I would just pull into the drive thru and block it until the manager came out. It worked very well actually, and the manager appeared rather quickly. She began to assert that I ordered it that way until I pulled my phone out and showed my digital receipt that had pictures of what I ordered. At that point, I was told they would remake the food. No, apologie, no compensation whatsoever, just a bad attitude and rude comments. Definitely avoid this Sonic it's not worth your money, even if they get the order correct the food coming out of that place...

Got to the restaurant 25mins before they closed, placed an order for 3 combos, saw many people come after me and got their food before me. Waited till 11:02 and decided to press the button to ask for my order since I had already paid, the person who answered was very rude and said they were closed and hung up before I could ask for my order. I pressed again and ask for my food before she even spoke, she replied it’s -coming out and hung up again. Waited more until 11:10 and pressed the button again and just like the first time she said we’re closed so I asked about my order and she didn’t say anything i saw an employee peak his head out the door, I pressed the button and told her to cancel it because at this time I was already frustrated and wasn’t going to wait for cold food. This time she’s just replied to what I think sounds like and okay but wasn’t sure. After that I saw multiple employees peak out the windows and doors and try to hide.
