Chen Wok — Restaurant in Surprise

Ive been getting my teriyaki's chicken white rice and crab puffs for years, always had good service, hot food. Good fyou never had an issue. I didn't get the lunch special like I normally do I got the entree with apparently comes in a different container. And I picked up my food last night. About 6:02. You're not running a little late. I think it's closed at 6 but I get there pick up my food. I had to run over to fries to get a couple of things. I was there private 20 minutes and I put my food in my passenger seat and I never have to worry about anything leaking over. I didn't worry about what container was in and never had an issue before. So I didn't expect anything well. The container wasn't close tight and the teriyaki leaked out of the container was at the bottom of the bag and and got on my passenger seat. I was upset that the teriyaki got all over my seat so I just do the bag away. So the next day today I called in spoke with the lady and told her what happened and she kept asking me about the container. What did it look like? And I kept telling her what it looked like and that's all she was concerned with. I felt she's was avoiding the reason why I was telling her, and that is, I want them to replace it. I felt I gotta get to the point and tell her, I would like it replaced. She went back to what the container look like. I said, I gather your you're not gonna replace it. Im upset about that because money is hard and that a treat for me. I hate that Im not going back there. But, Im retired, I was a manager in over the fresh area and to me customer service is very high up there. You gotta do your customers right. I would have replaced it and gave her a larger amount because of the seat. But...

Sat Eve I called in a delivery order, I ordered a pint of orange chicken, pint of lemon chicken, $5.95 ea. 2 egg rolls, $2.80 and a pint of vegetable fried rice minus onions, sprouts..just peas and carrots and extra egg..very specific and I was on the phone ordering from an older man with Oriental accent. I said here is my credit card number unless you can break a $100 bill, he said oh yes cash is better and I'll give you a free egg roll!! I said ok how nice! He said $33.39, I said ok...I thought it was a bit high but didn't do the math. When we got the order, we saw fried rice with all kinds of meats, ham, chicken, shrimp???? My husband called and told the same man this isn't what we ordered, we wanted fried rice with only peas/carrots and egg...the man said well if you called to complain that you were to only have peas and carrots then you would have been complaining you didn't get this rice with all the stuff in it. OMG the man was arguing with my husband, over talked my husband, I don't know why?. ...and I did add up what I ordered and it should have come to $22, he charged $33.39!!! Watch them closely! As should we on everything we buy..the orange and lemon chicken had a thick type of batter on it, not like tempura, very dry. My husband was ill that night and the next day with stomach issues. We will never go there again! Lots of other nice Oriental...

where do i start ? unfortunately my family & I's absolutely favorite Chinese restaurant is no longer our favorite. today i placed a $60 order & my food came hot like usual but little did i know my combination plate had sweet n sour chicken when i ordered orange chicken & when my husband ate over half of his food we would find an extremely long blonde hair in the orange chicken we ordered. i called the restaurant to sort things out & the 'manager' was very pleasant & then she passed me to the owner to basically accused me of lying saying his cooks are bald yet all the women in his staff have their hair down & just flowing in the wind. i was asked to come in & bring my ENTIRE order that was over half eaten back to the restaurant to prove that there were hairs in it. so i brought my plate w the hairs on it & he in a round about way called me a lair while he was looking at the hair that was fully saturated in orange chicken juices & says 'this hair has absolutely no sauce on it'. then refunded me $14. & the worst part is when i was walking out he told another customer that it was my hair. for reference i have shoulder length hair & the hair found in our food was double the...
