Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Surprise

Awful experience. After 45 min of waiting I have an awful child with a horrible attitude telling me that their blender doesn't work. I said ok... I have been wanting for a long time now... Instead of apologizing she went ballistic and almost yelling at me if I want a refund or another drink. So I told her that with that actitud I wanted a refund. I had to make the line again, when I got to the cashier, she haven't tell him about the refund. And well, they can not give refunds because they are not technically Starbucks, they are FRY'S. So... I took a picture of the place to write a review and she just went NUTS! I started walking to customer service for the refund and then she started yelling that I was harrasing at her job, that she was a minor and that I was harrasing her over and over again. I didn't even turn around, with this kind of trouble childish behavior that is the best you can do. Horrible horrible. And I think it is ok to hire minors I guess, but if they are mentally instable, many it will be better in a position were they don't have to deal with customers. If I could give no stars I would I went in bought two drinks I got the pink refresher and it was hot hmmmm !!! And I also bought a grand iced Carmel macchiato I wasn’t pleased with my drink it was hot the Carmel was built at the bottom I went out to the counter nicely and asked the girl if they could remake my order I explained to them it didn’t taste right and it was hot and the Carmel was literally sitting at the bottom as they remade my drink the barista leans over the counter to give me my drink and says “AND NEXT TIME YOU ORDER A MACCHIATO ASK US TO LINE YOUR CUP “ I said I’m sorry but why should I tell you how to do your job no do respect but if your making the drink and it only makes sense ive been a Starbucks regular since I can remember I order my drink the same way every where and never have I been told to tell a barista how to make their drinks on top of that the girl say would you like a straw I say yes AND SHE THREW MY STRAW AT ME I LOST IT I TOLD HER HOW DARE SHE THREW A STRAW AT A CUSTOMER IM SORRY BUTNI WENT OFF ANDNI TOLD HER SYE NEEDED TO BE RETRAINED IT WAS RIDICULOUS I LITERALLY NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD BU A STARBUCKS...

So today I went to this Starbucks, I under they have to clean after ways believe it I know. And I have asked before what time they close at 7 I came here at 6:40 and the first time I tried to order they told me we are closed and I was oh ok, kinda disappointed. Then I later came back from purchasing other things and see them letting other two people order and this made me feel bad because they let them order and not and they came minutes after, the same girl that had turn us away. Not everyone was rude, one of the girls were nice enough to calls us back to get something and only had frappes so I understand but they shouldn’t do that turn some people away but later let other people order....
