I placed my online order at 10:35pm on 03/22/2024. I went to the store and paid at 10:56pm.. The cashier whom helped me went to the back to check my order, returned to the counter to tell me they were working on my order. At 11:08 I was told they lost my order if I have my receipt. I showed my receipt and they took it. I also, showed them my online receipt and the time it was placed(10:35pm) I asked for the managers name (Jorge) and the young man came to the counter and asked how could he help Me. I explained what happened and he was I was misinformed that my order wasn’t lost, but that they are just now dropping my order. I didn’t receive an apology or any type of compensation. I received my order at 11:20pm on 03/22/2024 I checked my order and they tried to give me two tenders because it was stated they dropped the patties on the floor. Instead of asking me if it was okay or if I mind waiting they just gave me that. Then I was told they were only remaking one of the sandwiches that contained chicken tenders, that if I want to wait they can remake the second one. At that point I just said forget it. After all this I was then told “ I apologize, here are some cookies!” Mind you, you can see they were old and have been sitting there. This is unacceptable. Read moreFirst off, I have been a fan of Wingstop for the last 10 years, first in California and recently in Arizona. We picked up wings the first time from the Surprise location and no problems. The last time on October 14th, with my wife picking up the food on her way home from work. When she got home we noticed the fries from the family pack and another side order fries were not in the bag. I called and asked for the manager and informed him that the fries were missing, he said come down and he would have them. I said we live 25 minutes away, that is not possible, he then offered to refund for both fries and I said that is great but we needed a full meal for tonight. He said he would refund and then rushed me off the phone and hung up when I tried to discuss further. I then went to Wingstop’s site and messaged corporate the details of my experience. In the end, I got no response from phone call with the manager, feedback on my review of the visit, the message sent to corporate and for salt in the wound I never got my refund. Read moreI hate this location and it's really sad cause they are so close to my house. I came in last night called in an order to go and she told me it would be ready by 9:10. They have no perception of customer service. I was waiting there till 9:40. I get an extra 10 or 15 minutes but that was unacceptable. I have been to this location at least 7 times and 2 times I had no seasoning on my wings and no seasoning on my fries. One time they completely forgot one of my meals and my husband had to wait 25 minutes for them to fix this. I work 12 hour days so I have not had the energy to waste my free time writing a review until last night happened that was the last time I will go to that location. As I stood there forever I noticed several people checking there food before they left. This is smart! I also saw one girl cleaning the bathroom and walking the bathroom trash through the kitchen while they were making the food. This is so unsanitary cause the trash was also open.
