Subway — Restaurant in Surprise

I took my family for around 2:45 pm on 05/11/2023. We were coming from seeing the doctor, because my 10 year old daughter wasn’t feeling well, the same morning she had a blackout and that’s why we decided to take her to the doctor. The doctor told us she had an ear infection and needed some antibiotics. The reason we were at subway was for her to eat something before the meds. She had an upset stomach and didn’t make it the bathroom so she vomited on the floor. One of the employees started screaming who did this out loud and I said do you have a problem. That’s when Sabrina instead of asking if my daughter needed médical assistance she told us to get out. She also said that we did the mess and we had to clean it up our self. I asked for her name and replied Sabrina and I’m the general manager. Shame on...

The commercials say buy one get one free when you order using the app I came to the store and showed three employees that the app wouldnt work and I even tried to rebuild the order on another phone but they said they couldn't honor the deal that subway corporation is plastering all over the tv because of their system I have worked at subway for several years in the past and I'm familiar with their computer systems and I know there is a section for printed coupons and a button for bogo footlong seems to me they could have done that and left a note for a manager or owner . I dont appreciate companies and employees who lie to me maybe a different location will handle the situation more gracefully at another time but this closest location to my house roughly half a mile away has lost a family worth of very...
