My fiancee and I went here the other day because she was craving the Ghost Pepper sauce that the nuggets have. On the drive over, I tried to place our order in advance but found that the app does not work for this location for some reason, despite two separate advertisements for the app on their windows. When going inside, both of the self-order machines were down, which is unfortunate because I like to be able to take my time ordering (which is the reason I wanted to use the app in the first place). Stepping up to the counter, I asked the cashier about the Family Nuggets deal I have purchased several times, only to be told that it was an in-app deal only. Upon demonstrating that I could not select their location, the cashier got who I believe to be the manager and she came over and added the family nuggets to my order. Sure, that would have saved the trip. That was helpful and productive.
The main thing I wanted from Wendy's was their baked potatoes. As far as I'm aware, they're one of the only fast food places that serves baked potatoes and on top of that, they're delicious for their price. Upon trying to order one, I was informed they are also not doing baked potatoes at this location. With that being the primary reason I wanted to eat here, I was disappointed, but tried to get a different thing instead; I figured the baconator fries would be close enough to what I wanted, and attempted to order that instead... Only to be told that also was unavailable at this location.
All in all, I don't blame the staff themselves. They tried to help my issues, but if it's a supply issue that they can't get in their components for the food, they could at least cover the menu items on the order board so I can't even try to order it only to be told I can't get it.    Read moreI have to say that I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. Last month I went and they messed up my order big time. I asked for my kidâs cheeseburgers plain and they werenât, I ordered a salad and they gave me the wrong kind and ordered a chicken sandwich and it was ice cold and the wrong kind, Unfortunately I didnât realize until I got home and I called back. Sherri the manager came to the phone and offered a free salad for the next time I came in. I told her we donât come often and she said it was no problem, they were going to put my name on their board and when I came back to let them know. I agreed. I went back last week to order for my family and asked about the salad. The girl at the window told me they throw out the names each month. I asked to speak to a manager and Sherri came. I couldnât remember her name at the time but I knew I had it written at home somewhere. She asked for the receipt but I hadnât gotten one. I reminded her of my conversation and she said they throw names out every two weeks. This is not what she originally said nor what the other worker had just said. I asked her to have her corporate office call me and left my number. The salad wasnât the biggest deal but I ordered another family size order in food so I figured a courtesy call would be nice. Payed for the meals and as I was driving off I looked in the bag and the Large Fries that I ordered for both combos were only half way filled. I go inside and let Sheri the âManagerâ know about the fries and I brought them back in to show her and she said to me â your lying I know there were fries then thatâ, I was like are you serious why would I lie about some fries I literally just went through the drive-thru. So the GM Beverly came out I explain what happened she said Iâm sorry Iâll talk to her (as if she was annoyed to come out and talk to me). They refilled my fries and I saw that the employees were pinching the fry containers so you get less fries this way there saving money!!
