Horrible. Just horrible. This is the second time they've forgotten sauce. I can understand forgetting once. I used to work at a Pizza Hut a while back and I've made the mistake of forgetting the sauce on occasion, it totally happens, but never for the same customer twice...
Almost every time you go here, they seem to forget (or nearly) forget something. If you make any orders. Make sure you memorize it so you can drill the delivery person or counter person, because they will sure as hell have forgotten. Ridiculous.
To make matters worse, they said they would deliver it to me. I live about 5 minutes away from this place (if that). 30 minutes later I get a call from the delivery person, saying they have the wrong address....I don't know how anyone can be THIS incompetent. I just told the guy I'd pick it up myself. You'd think they'd have given me a refund or something for such ridiculous "service", having to drive TO THEM twice because they messed up, but no. I don't know about other Dominos, but this one is an absolute joke. I'll be going to the Pizza Hut down the street from now on. Shame too, since the Dominos pizzas taste better, but the service at this place is an absolute joke. Who is running it? A 12 year old?
I mean it's really not hard. Like I stated, I worked at a pizza place before (Pizza Hut). Dominos doesn't operate all that differently. It's really not hard to JUST CHECK AN ORDER. Just shows how much their customer service cares if they can't be bothered to check...
Read moreYeah I hate to pile on here, but we had a bad experience and I have no plans to order from Domino's again. We wanted the sandwiches we saw on TV. We ordered via the app and saw that the order was being prepared immediately. Being starved, we were excited. We then waited...and waited...and waited...nearly two hours! The driver, according to the app, actually was delivering another order first even though we'd waited an eternity. Maybe those people waited even longer. When it arrived the sandwiches were of course cold. They definitely looked like they'd been made 2 hrs. ago, and sat around. They looked nothing like the delicious, piping hot creations in the TV commercials. Long story short, we paid quite a bit for the "privilege" of waiting nearly two hours for cold food. No bueno. Too bad as the food seemed like it could've been half decent, if it wasn't old and cold.
I get that it's busy or that they're understaffed - the wait itself really wasn't that unforgiveable. But that they didn't hold off on preparing the food and it evidently sat on the counter for 90 minutes shows a total lack of organization and quality control.
Honestly, just pop a frozen pizza in the oven - it's a fraction of the cost, and better. "It's not delivery, it's Digiorno"...they may want to change their slogan to "It's not...
Read moreSigh ... here we go again. I stopped ordering from here for a long time. The management and staff were not responsible at all. Then I tried again and they were excellent! Now we are back to the same old unprofessionalism. My order was quality checked at 6:07. It is now 6:57. Pretty sure my food will be stone cold. I ordered last week and the driver called me from my porch to say I still owed $1.50. How would my order even process or be accepted on the website if I did not pay for the entire order? Wouldn't they call me from the store the second they would notice there is a problem? This is shady. Not only did I pay for the order, but I paid for the fee AND a tip. I do not carry cash on me. Ever. Not one cent. So the driver said he would pay for it out of his own pocket. It was a very awkward exchange and made zero sense. He mentioned the app glitching lately. Not really my fault to pay MORE money if the company has an issue with their app or website. These owners need to spend more money either on more capable and caring employees or just more employees in general. Something is not adding up here. Either they are severely understaffed or they are hiring the wrong people . Continuously. And I just got asked a SECOND time tonight to pay more on my bill as it was being...
