My boyfriend sent me flowers for Valentine's Day. He ordered the arrangement off a website, the order was then picked up and filled via The Garden Path. I received the arrangement at work. The arrangement was 6 red roses and 4 Lilly's surrounded by greens. When I opened the box, I noticed the flowers were mid-bloom and almost dying. The roses were breaking apart at the ends and were beginning to turn black in color. There were only 3 Lilly's and one had a break in the petal where it had been damaged. The green's had holes in them and what appeared to be bite marks as well. The vase was a red vase, but was way too large for the arrangement provided. It appeared that the flowers were cut too short and the entire arrangement looked messy and thrown together. I called the Garden Path and believe I spoke to a man named Jim. When I addressed the concerns of the greens, he told me that it was because of the issues in FL from the hurricane. As I began to discuss the roses and the quality of them, he cut me off mid-sentence and stated I was wrong as he only sends out the "finest roses". I then moved on to discussing the arrangement and vase size. He again, cuts me off mid-sentence and said, "this arrangement came from an outside vendor and it was placed at the last minute. It is $15.00 under my standard of what I typically fill, and I never should have even taken the order or filled it." He then proceeds to ask me for my number and tells me he'll return my call. He never returned my call, so I called in and tried to get a hold of him again. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely kind and helpful to me. She informs me I spoke to the owner. I was in complete shock at that point that I was speaking to a business owner who would speak so rudely to a customer. She said he would return my call later or tomorrow AM. To date, he has yet to call me back. The online flower company whom my boyfriend ordered the bouquet from is taking care of the situation and providing a refund. The manner in which I was spoken to by the owner, is disgraceful. Do you not take pride in your business and do you not take pride in yourself as a business owner? Apparently not. I will not quote this verbatim, but, there is section on the back of the card that comes standard in the arrangement that discusses voicing your concerns within 24 hours. I as a customer did so. I called and tried to tell them my concerns. Not only were my concerns disregarded, I was disregarded as a person and spoken down to. By the owner, no less. I work for a company who has given this establishment a lot of years of business. Not anymore. We will no longer deal with or give business to the Garden Path. I would not recommend this business establishment to anyone. Up until this event, I held this business with great regard. Not anymore. I also believe, the owner should be more mindful of how he speaks to his customers. He was insulting to me and insulting to my boyfriend. He made the choice to fill/process the order, therefore, stand behind it and stand behind the poor quality of work you allowed to be sent out of your business. I do not feel he addressed this matter professionally.

I love supporting local businesses but garden path is off my list. I’ve been a customer since Rudy’s Market was there. I ordered a deluxe Christmas arrangement for my mom, stopped by to see her and couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The photographed arrangement was $84.70. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was told the arrangement was done by the owner and was of correct value. Are u kidding me the arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. I simply wanted it replaced but the answer was no. You took my money today but that will be the last! Consumers be aware!!!!!!!

Our experience at the Green Path was great! The service was friendly and they were enthusiastic to create a beautiful prom bouquet. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they went above and beyond to make something even more beautiful. My son’s prom date received so many complements on her bouquet, and I don’t think there was a prettier bouquet at the prom!

Flowers were sent by my mom for my birthday. I got a call attempting delivery. I called back within the next minute after missing the call and was transferred to the main office. I was unaware that the flowers were being sent to me (because it was a birthday surprise) They lady in the phone said they could no longer deliver it until the next day even though only a minute had passed since I received the phone call. She stated that it was too cold to leave the flowers outside and told me “maybe next time try answering your phone”. My mom called later that day to confirm the address and make sure it would be sent the next day. The following day I called the e office again to make sure the delivery was on track for delivery. The same lady picked up and said that we needed to pay ANOTHER delivery fee and that my mom tried to cancel the order. My mom never tried to canceled the order but was not willing to pay another delivery fee. The next thing I know, she tells me that my delivery had already been made that next morning. I looked outside and yes my flowers were sitting there IN THE COLD. They made no attempt to buzz my apartment, call, or text me the second day of delivery and just left them outside with no notice. RUDE SERVICE WITH NO...

My husband was treated like complete dirt yesterday. Mind you we found out the day before he had an incurable cancer. Hes on 24 hr oxygen and needs a double lung transplant. He still wanted to make sure I had flowers for Vday. Looking at the reviews it's clear that this same woman is the problem and clearly with the lack of owners feedback just tells me they know it's an issue and clearly have done nothing to rectify the situation. Florists handle all types of flower arrangements and half the time don't know what they're for. I couldn't imagine someone looking for funeral arrangements and being treated like this. Bullying a man that was visibly out of breath and carrying 2 oxygen tanks just to get me flowers. These people are sick and clearly need some type of help. Whoever the other woman was even knew this lady is blatantly rude because she offered to help my husband instead. I'd like some type of communication with the owner or someone who can actually reprimand this woman because at this point she's a chronic problem.
