Today my family and I went here, the customer service was absolutely terrible. I'm not usually one to complain but this visit is worth it. They were out of coke, Sprite, dr. Pepper, mayonnaise, they got are orders wrong. Forgot to give us food such as a burger and fries, they failed to follow my order as I clearly told them I didn not want ketchup or mayonnaise on my son of a baconator, so my brother an I went in to tell them about are order being completely wrong and that they forgot items and the manager was completely rude and disrespectful making it seem a problem we complained. Over top of it we waited all but 20 minutes in line to order are food then after we discovered are orders were wrong waited another all but 15 minutes for them to fix it. The store was not busy at all. And while waiting for are correct orders they tried giving us another burger that wasn't even ours and also asked quite a few times what it was that we were waiting on. Number listed but everytime I, or my spouse calls, it disconnects everytime. On top of cashier was very unfriendly, manager was a 19yr. Kid. Charged for baked potatoes, then told there were no more. (At 4pm đł) Wowww, ok. Was given a double stack cheese burger that had "chili burgers" for my sandwich, and how I knew that because my guest worked at a Wendy's before and told them, which they corrected but new sandwich was poorly assembled. If I have travel across the river I will NEVER return here. It's not about color of skin, mine was the same as cashier & manager. It's hiring people just there for a paycheck!! Training for pre employment for CUSTOMER SERVICE is a must! Don't just hire an individual to fill a spot!!    Read moreThey never received my order, lost my 15 dollars on the app and then was waiting 20 minutes for them to tell me (watched some stand around and clean their dirty phone cases in the kitchen), customer service is hell to get ahold of via the app, manager had no idea how the app worked because no trained to use it apparently, had enough and wasn't offered anything for free like the LAST VISIT when they had a huge puddle in front of the drink machine. I also overheard the staff complaining about a customer going through it over the phone - unprofessional and insensitive when they knew I was standing there at the front waiting listening. I was there a total of 45/50 minutes and when I reordered (what was on the app wasn't available at the price dining in) something I and my roommate didn't really want, I was served within 7 minutes and the bacon hurt my roommates teeth from being so old and so charred, and the dry crumbling patties made us sick.
