😡🤬if I COULD RATE a NEGATIVE STAR! Asked if they could sing "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" for my 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER.. they brushed off the request THREE TIMES saying "oh, I have to ask my supervisor" claiming they were "busy" (they were serving 4 tables, mind you) So, i stood there waiting for them to ask because I wasn't going to let that happen again. U know what they did?? They played the happy birthday song.. on low.. ONE GUY CAME TO THE TABLE N JUST PUT HER I'VE CREAM IN FRONT OF HER N WALKED AWAY! I could understand it if it were an adults bday.. but it was my SIX YEAR OLD DAUGHTER'S! She was excited for the song n u could see the disappointment in my girl's eyes at what happened.. but she didn't want me to make it a big deal. This happened on APRIL 20TH, 2021. A WEDNESDAY NIGHT! Shirley's in Susupe was super busy this Sunday morning. Parking is horrible. When I entered the establishment, I did not see a place to sign in, nor was there someone at the front greeting guests. I sat at the bench for a couple of minutes, waiting for someone to seat me at a table. It was only after an older man went ahead of me and talked to one of the waitresses that I realized I had to do the same in order to be seated.

Aside from the rough start, my food came out pretty quickly after ordering. The lechon kawali skin was crisp, and the meat was fried just right.

From the dessert menu, the apigigi a la mode caught my eye, but I was too stuffed to try it this...

Staff is friendly but inept.

Most of the food is overpriced at $13-15. The burgers are a good value though at $9, only fairly priced dinner option on the whole menu.

The kitchen is regularly slow at their best and a complete failure at their worst. Tonight the printer in the kitchen went out and no one apparently noticed for 40 mins.

My Clubhouse (pictured) contained very little meat (ham and bacon) and no poultry, which is the defining ingredient of a clubhouse sandwich. Very disappointing since it’s marked as a “best seller” on the menu.
