Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Sutton

I love moes I've be a proud supporter of moes since I was a kid. I pride myself on saying welcome to moes everytime even when the workers don't. This is my go to for weight loss on some Jared type stuff.

With that, I want to say this moes has gone down the drain since the beginning of covid. I could get better food at 3 am back then than I could get now at anytime. I've been to probably 10 other moes and only this one and the one at Disney land vary from the rest. Disney land is more expensive and didn't offer salsa for chips if I remember correctly? After stopping the 24 hours, you started charging addition for cheese in stacks, tho no other moes has ever don't that. You got rid of that for a little then went to no rice in the stack. Neverrrrrr had that. Still don't anywhere else. Then back to etc, we are currently paying extra for rice in stacks, I now don't get the stack. You then decided to change up your chicken. Chicken is chewy now so I've now finally switched after 15 year from chicken to steak.

Red salsa looks disgusting most of the time, they never offer chips, & drink machine is terrible.

Chubby dude with glasses and little blonde girl with glasses have 0 customer service skills. I think the only enthusiastic thing she's ever said to me was complimenting my Mary J shirts lol.

Getting pretty close to just eating steak escape from now on. Usually there 2-4xs a week...

I travel a lot for work and my go-to restaurant is always Moe's. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Moe's. I love the restaurant. I went to this location twice back in July and the burrito and salsa was incredible, and yesterday I visited again.

The food was seasoned well! But....

Listen, all I'm saying is.... This location needs to reteach it's workers how to fill and roll a burrito properly. I have NEVER had a Moe's burrito this poorly filled and rolled. They are usually bulging. The burrito I got from here in July was amazing. I'm not asking for anything crazy, just more rice than that measly quarter cup they used. I felt bad for the guy before me bc there was maybe a quarter of the regular filling in his burritos. I asked for extra rice and this worker gave me maybe 4 extra rice grains. If it's an expense thing, did rice suddenly become super expensive???

And then while rolling it up they folded it super weird and folded and my burrito was half wrap... Ugh.

And then I had to ask for the chips that should automatically come on the side???...

On-05/06/2024 At-8:00PM THERE IS NOTHING MORE DANGEROUS THAN A LAZY PERSON SERVING YOUR FOOD ‼️ Before I become a truck driver I worked in the F&B industry us manager! I asked for 2 Homewrekers 1 burrito and 1 bowl and I ordered at this location before and never had such a negative experience, the girl was nice but the dude was so ignorant, disrespectful and so close minded, disgusting handling food I tried to add items to my meals and he won’t do it, they didn’t have any black beans and I don’t like red beans so I asked for extra rice and refused at the end he only put a bit extra on my burrito never heated up the tortilla for the burrito and it tasted more like one of those deli wraps in NY. 0.0 customer service! He does not need to be there, he does not belong there someone is going to get sick or worse. From my experience he’s got issues, he needs help ‼️ I only posted if it’s really good or if it’s...
