I am beyond disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Frappuccino and, as someone who genuinely enjoys watching the drink-making process, I stood there and watched. Unfortunately, what I saw was absolutely unacceptable. I watched my drink sit in the blender, melting and being completely forgotten, while the barista prioritized making several other iced and hot drinks for people who ordered AFTER me. By the time another Frappuccino was finally ordered and she decided to finish mine, it was a sad, melted mess with the consistency of an iced latte—NOT what I paid for.
I politely asked the cashier if they could remake it, and they agreed. The barista remade the drink promptly this time, but then handed it to me with an unnecessary, rude attitude and a snide comment about how it was “the second time making it by proper procedure.” That was never the issue! The issue was letting the first one sit so long it melted into something completely different. That comment was rude, uncalled for, and completely missed the point—the issue wasn’t “procedure,” the issue was that my drink was left sitting so long that it was ruined.
As a former Starbucks barista and long-time customer, I know exactly what Starbucks is supposed to stand for. Starbucks built its reputation on the idea of being a third place—a welcoming, consistent, and customer-focused environment between home and work. This visit was the opposite. Instead of hospitality and quality, I got dismissiveness and rudeness.
Mistakes happen, but being rude to a polite customer who simply wanted the drink they paid for is unacceptable. Management needs to seriously address both product consistency and staff attitude at this location. The Starbucks “third place” promise only means something if it’s upheld, and experiences like this drive...

I have went 3 times all 3 times was bad. First time good service considering the crowd, but drinks were horrible. 2nd trip we waited 15 minutes and 10 of those minutes we was the only ones. The machine didn't print our label and nobody thought to ask. Finally I asked about our drinks and the manager thought we had drank them. She said the machine don't always print labels and if not they don't know there are drinks to be made. 3rd trip took 3 attempts for a skinny cinnamon Dolce with brevea instead of milk (ketogenic diet) and still was wrong. First attempt I waited in the drive thru 10 minutes. It was cinnamon dolce with regular milk with the brevea on top, it was only supposed to be brevea a Second attempt 5 minutes later cars lined up they added Honey, I didn't ask for honey. 3rd attempt I went in grabbed the drink so people behind me didn't have to wait. It was the most disgusting drink I have ever had. They left out the cinnamon dolce syrup and tasted extra strong and old coffee. I just dumped it out. I love Starbucks, but won't be back to this one. The Batista's are friendly, however need more training and probably need a few more Batistas. Also fix the...
Read moreMy wife and I were the only customers in the store, and it was an annoying experience. I order a venti hot latte and a grande frap. AFTER I had already paid and tipped, the cashier asked me if I wanted them both hot. I told her I wanted a hot latte and a frappuccino. She calls over someone to do a refund. They weren’t rude or anything, but just seemed so confused. My order was not complicated. After we got the refund and I ordered and paid again, they made our drinks and the first woman asks if the latte was supposed to be hot. How many times must I clarify my relatively simple order (venti hot blonde chestnut praline latte and a caramel brûlée frap with 2 extra pumps of caramel brûlée)? When we got our drinks, both were wrong. At this point, I just wanted to leave so we just took them and left. With us being the only people there when we arrived, I’d hate to see what it’s like...
