Came in to the dining area on our lunch break cause it wasn’t busy…….what a nightmare. Started off nice. Employee held the door open for us. The people that came after us asked if they could go to the counter while we were at the kiosk and that was fine. …..boy were we wrong. SMH. They got their food 3 more people at the driver thru and DoorDash got their orders. 20 minutes later we go to the counter to ask what the problem or hold up is and we were literally told “ I’m sorry, we’re prioritizing the drive thru right now” I can’t even begin to tell you how irate this made not just myself but my husband too. SMH. Prioritizing the drive thru as we’re sitting there for over 20 minutes. SMH! ask for a refund and the pansy manager wouldn’t bring himself out to do it. We had to wait for another guy to come in from his break to get our refund. Hands down the absolute worst fast food service in the area! read the reviews below this one so you can see someone complaining about the drive thru being prioritized. Read moreWhoever worked there around 2:30-3:30pm on the weekdays were kings and queens. Especially during last summer. Fast orders, hot fresh food, etc. So my score is mostly for them.
But everytime I ordered around 5pm or 6pm they were super slow and consistently messed up the orders. The experience much more close to the other negative reviews.
Now it seems like some new people got hired so I can't speak for them. Mostly because they removed happy hour drinks so I don't go anymore. Like why the hell should I pay $5 for a 10oz frozen drink that is mostly ice and air? You order a "large" and it's taller and thinner to give you the illusion that you are getting double but you are really getting barely anything more. I ordered one of each one day, filled the large with water and then poured it into an empty medium cup and it never spilled over.
Who are you kidding taco bell? Frozen drinks should be bigger than the normal ones since they aren't as dense as the liquid drinks. Also super stingy with the portions. 75 cents to add two jalapeño stems and two normal slices to your nachos wtf? Subway will give me an entire cup on the side for free.
Corporate needs to remember who their customers are if they want to keep us around. Rich wealthy people have better places to go to....
Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed an order around 10:25pm and it said it would be ready at 10:30pm. Perfect! I arrive at 10:35 and it’s not done. No problem. Then 10:45 rolls around and still no food. At this point someone comes over to ask for our names of the orders. I think this would mean they would work on it asap. I was wrong. We then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes without getting our food. Mind you other people have come in and received their food. I’m starting to get angry at this point considering it’s almost 11pm. I then ask someone where our food is and they tell the line cooks to make our orders. Another 10 minutes goes by and still no food. I ask to speak to the manager at this point because i’m becoming very angry. We still had to wait another 5 minutes for our food. We got our food at 11:16. No one should have to wait over 45 minutes to get TACO BELL!!!! Horrible service and I could hear the line cooks talking bad about us because we kept asking where our food was after waiting 45 minutes. Never coming here again, and I hope none of you have to suffer through this horrible management system either. Get better staff if yours can’t do a simple job of making a taco. I could’ve made it...
