I recently purchased an engagement ring from Plante Jewelers, the culmination of a process that took several months between researching and saving. Pierre and Nancy, the proprietors, were an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process. Pierre helped give me confidence and piece of mind as I navigated through the largest single purchase I've made to date. He invited me in for a crash course in diamonds, explaining the intricacies of each characteristic and providing sample diamonds for me to inspect so that I could see the differences in real time. Between visits, he was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls whenever I had questions. When the ring finally came in, it was absolutely stunning. The Plantes took no shortcuts in ensuring that I was satisfied, and reassured me that they will take care of any issues that might immediately arise (e.g. ring sizing).
