Plaza Pizza II — Restaurant in Swansea

Horrible service. Had to walk out two times because the help the regulars who walk in after me while my order is on top of the oven. I like the food UNTIL TODAY! Who puts a sandwich in the oven with lettuce and tomato on it. A nasty chicken cutlet with wilted soggy baked lettuce. Beware. You must first let them get to know you or your food is cold or wrong. Next time I ordered my sandwich cold I got cooked lettuce and mayonnaise again. They brought a replacement. I don't eat well done roast beef surprised they didn't put ketchup on it. . 3/27 Update happened again today. Ordered a Cheeseburger sub with lettuce tomato onion and mayo. Got meat and cheese in a roll. They gave us a credit and I gave the food to the dog. Had leftover sherpards pie instead. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap they gave me a burrito style thing cook like a panini. Either dam lettuce NO BLUE CHEESE. They credited the meal big fin deal. I have to eat leftovers because...

If i could rate 0 i would. Where to start...1st if you have any idea of what a calzone is don't order one. Ordered a steak and cheese calzone extra cheese. What arrived looked like a split open dry mess resembling a burrito? Called immediately and the man that answered says "yeah its not a calzone calzone more like a stromboli". I then say not a stromboli as its split in the middle like a sub. He makes me text him a pic then sends back "yup that's a calzone try it its good" ummm iys the size of a large pizza roll almost no cheese and the texture is that of steak ums. Horrible...

Never in my life, have I had a business owner act how the owner did here. For one we ordered 5 things and 3 things out of the 5 were just not even CLOSE to what was ordered. When we called just to notify, with 0 expectations. We were met with " I made X that's what YOU ordered" which absolutely was not true. Such a rude interaction and for the 75+ dollars spent for 4 people to eat, mediocre pizza food, I'd rate a 0.
