Get Air Trampoline Park — Attraction in Swansea

1/10/22 This creepy old guy was the only one working this day. Dragged his mop bucket to the front and assisted us without washing his nasty hands. I noticed he kept eyeing my sister and her teenage daughter walking in as they headed toward the bathroom. We all were holding coffee. Told me only water is allowed up there. He asked how long my toddler is jumping. I said one hour. And then he told me the end time 3:21…as if I was too dumb to tell time. The creep waited around the table area to tell my sister and her daughter, only water near the jump area. We placed our coffee at a table. Then I saw a white lady walking in with iced tea and another white lady walking in with iced coffee all sitting near the jump area. He went to us and told us that we can bring our drinks in and decided that he’s not going to tell everybody who walks in that only water is allowed. I said it’s not a big deal. Then he said to my toddler in a playful way “you are not going to spill anything on my floor, right?” It’s still creepy so we are going to Seekonk or Sky Zone next time. I decided to have my daughters 13th birthday party there with the understanding that along with the party package came a hostess/host to help serve the pizza, cut the cake, or at the very least be around in the event that we needed anything....I mean we do pay ENOUGH to get one, right? The only time I seen my hostess was at the beginning of the party at the front door where she introduced herself and then showed us to the party area, and then when she dropped the pizzas off!!! I was dumb founded, because not once was it explained to me that they don’t help out with the party at all!! I had to go looking for her twice, once to get her to get the drinks that came with the party package I paid for and then again to get spoons so that my guests can eat their cake! At the end of the party I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager who then took off $50 from my balance! Later on while at home, my daughter noticed that the bottle of ice tea that they provided with the party, was expired...(we had brought our leftovers home)....unacceptable! I have been coming here for years but we stopped going due to how this place started hitting what seemed to be rock bottom. This park just a year ago was absolutely filthy and nearly all attractions were out of service or down rt broken. As of recently we have been coming twice per week as we bought an annual pass and the manager gave us an incredible holiday sale! This location is under new leadership and it shows! Club air Friday nights is the place to be for teens and the staff is absolutely incredible as they not only manage dozens upon dozens of teens but they are also sharing such vibrant and fun energy with the adults who all get a kick out of the excitement of this event. Above all else this is the cleanest trampoline Park I have been to in my local area and I no longer go to any other local places like fun city due to the cleanliness and lack of leadership such places have. I absolutely love how helpful and friendly all the staff is at get air now, there has been changes with the employees and it seems...
