I used to really like this pizza shop. But they have gone downhill over the last few years. I believe it is a training issue. I can not get a consistently made pizza here anymore. One time, it is good, the next few times it's anything but good. I received a thin cracker crust when I did not order it. This week, my large regular crust pizza with 5 toppings was undercooked. It was so bad I couldn't eat it and threw it away. Must have been a new kid in training because the dough was way too thick. Even though the bottom was nice and brown, the middle 8-inch diameter was soggy because the dough under the cheese was not cooked. It also had too much sauce, which contributed to it being underbaked. This pizza can be good if care is taken in the preparation: roll it out nice and thin, and do not overdo the sauce and cheese. There is nothing worse than a wet saucy blanket of cheese over a half-baked crust. I think I will give this pizza shop a 6 month break and let them get their training fine-tuned...

The little girl at the counter (Spanish maybe, short with BLACK SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR) may be the reason there was 2 large black hairs on our pizza, COULDN'T MISS THEM, I'm sure there was more fun in it however, we fed it to the dogs after our experience there.
WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO A MANAGER THE NEXT DAY, SHE ANSWERED AND HUNG UP ON ME TWICE, I HAD MY WIFE CALL - SHE ACTUALLY BLOCKED OUR NUMBER!!
(We will move on, too bad we didn't just turn around and go back, who wants to do that at dinner time? We discussed it, we wouldn't have gotten another pizza after that anyway.)
This is absolutely the place NOT to go for pizza, Marcos is fine in general, bit as long as she works there, we will drive to Michigan if we want Marcos, disgusting.

Charged me $22.48 for the pizzas, $3.50 for delivery, but put it through wrong on my debit card as a pickup, leaving a $3.50 charge to be paid upon delivery. Does the store bother to call back to put it through correctly? Hell no. Do they notify us of a balance due? Hell no. The driver finally shows up and demands a $3.50 payment. One I expected to be covered at the time the order was placed. The manager just laughed at me for getting pissed. No, do the transaction properly to begin with and when you screw it up admit it and apologize for your error. Make it right. Of course there is no proper order number on the receipt to complain to corporate about the attitude problem. You guys are not the only pizza...
