Bamboo bistro is a wonderful restaurant if you want to support small local businesses and let your taste buds indulge in fine Asian cuisine. When you walk in, you are greeted by a wonderful hostess. Even though the dining area is a bit small, the scrumptious food and reasonable prices will take your mind off of it. The service speed is very fast and impressive due to the fact that there is usually one to two waitresses in there at a time. Now let's get to the food. The dumplings are simply delightful and the pork buns are filled to the brim with juicy meaty goodness. The sweet-and-sour chicken is super good and the wonton soup is made to perfection. Sadly, there isn't much for dessert. Bamboo bistro isn't a tourist destination but it is a great place for the locals to come and get a bite to eat. This restaurant also has a great vibe to it. It is always super relax and chill. The Asian culture and decor really bring the place together. Overall bamboo bistro is an amazing Chinese restaurant, with traditional food and spectacular service. I really do hope you go there and enjoy all that bamboo bistro...

I do not know where to start. Well I guess with the bill of $68.00 for hungry Family of 4 who order The BONELESS RIBS which could feed 1. Any of the other restaurants would feed us all. WONTON soup taste like WATER literally WATER! "Shrimp Szechuan" $12.95 for the 12 MUSHY shrimp that were a size of a nickle, I couldn't even eat it! Shrimp with LOBSTER SAUCE $12.95 little bigger shrimp that's probably why there were only 5 shrimp. Shrimp fried rice you can use your imagination.....and at last the Sweet and Sour Chicken and Hot and Spicy noodles Szechuan Style with pork ragout were the only thing edible. What an unbelievable waste of my hard earn MONEY!!! Bamboo Bistro will not be in business for long with the quantity and quality of food!!! Oh please do not let me forget the spicy crab roll. What CRAB???? Very disappointed for Saturday night treat for the family, I will stick with Wonderful in Brookhaven so much better!!! Usually I go here for sushi and Chinese takeout when I don’t feel like driving more than 5 minutes for sushi and Chinese food. Bamboo has always been pleasant and consistently has delicious food. Nikki at the front desk is always exceptionally good and friendly as well as accommodating every time I order, even when I make a mistake. Nikki is also very personable and has a wonderful sense of humor! This place would be screwed without Nikki for sure since she does all of the ordering and organization and handling all online orders in addition to phone calls.
