Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Swarthmore

Shareese (May of spelled that wrong but I apologize!) was super helpful and understanding with my order. I called this store in hopes of finding an ice cream cake and he was sooo nice! 3 other local Baskin Robbins stores turned me down in the rudest way possible even though I could still place an online order for the cake I was looking for. The other stores told me that if I placed the order they were going to call and force me to cancel it (which is absolutely absurd to me) some of the stores even had their doors shut so no one could come in. Shareese was so nice and helpful and even offered me a free coffee for my troubles and I still got the cake with a smile from the other employees there! That’s what I call awesome customer service and spreading...

I have ordered so many ice cream cakes here. Never a problem. Until my custom cake wasn't there at pick up. They either never made it or someone picked it up...who happened to have the same name? I had to take a ready made cake with an additional ice cream pie for the price of my custom cake. I was told they will speak to the store owner about compensation but it has been 1 week and...

Went to enjoy a family outing @ Baskin-robbins and the severe didn't know how to make a Banana split nor did she know how to make a Sundae she placed all the toppings on the bottom of each you should place someone there that knows what and how to make what the customer wants will never go back there again DQ is better then...
