Harvey's On Noble Restaurant & Event Venue — Restaurant in Sylacauga

It was really busy. Our waitress didn't refill our drinks. She brought appetizers for a party of eight sat them just in front of two people and didn't bring any plates. She didn't listen to us when we ordered them and brought them without the sauce on the side. It was 2 spicy for us to eat one of them and the other was cold. She brought the right one eventualy but left both on the bill. When asked for plates half way through the appetizers, when we finally saw her again, she placed them in a big stack in front of 1 member of our party. I guess it was his job to pass them out. The drink menu had no descriptions on it. Which is a huge mistake because most I have never heard of. So I asked what was in them to place an order for one. I simply got the answer," Oh, I have no idea." No let me check, no let me get some one that can help me with that just, " no idea!" Needless to say I didn't order a drink. The seasoning on my steak was nasty but it was cooked to perfection. The french fries were over seasoned and barely edible. All in all it was a miserable experience. Ok so I've never had the experience of Harvey's, but I often read the reviews on places just to get a feel of what most people are saying about a place, this one has so many wonderful, heartfelt reviews and the staff or owners (im not sure witch), so kindly and warmly reply to all of them. That being said im writing this here in the review section because I can't respond to a review someone else left, there are only a couple bad reviews one seemed like your average picky eater who probably has many bad experiences but one really stood out to me because first she complained about the prices, then she claimed her well done steak she ordered was burned, then her wings were raw after being cooked twice?? Then went on to complain about having to wait because they had technical issues (who can control computer failures) Lastly she said it was her second time coming there and that she would try again Like what? The owner of the restaurant ran into one of his tables and backed over his own corn hole game to leave and we were standing by the board playing the game. He never even let us know he had to leave prior to running into and over everything. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and spent almost 500.00 in his restaurant to be treated like that. Very unacceptable for an owner to act like that and treat customers that way. I will never be back to his establishment unless he corrects the situation he has created. I have never been this displeased with any establishment that I have ever been to. Thank you for making my 50th birthday one that I will try to forget as fast as I can.
