Got my kid a happy meal the burger was so old it was hard and cold took it back. They asked me for the food back which was shocking to me because no food can come back across the counter after first being in the hands of a customer for heath reasons. Its a McDonalds policy also which is why I am also so shocked. Got a "new" burger and it was no different. Having worked at a McDonald's in the past I'm shocked and disappointed in this store. While at the counter I noticed the manager yes the manager making the sandwich I'm complaining about. If the manager does not care why should the employees? Now on to even more bad. There was ketchup, grease, napkins, food all over the floor. People were complaining because the floor was so slick from the grease and ketchup that they were slipping and almost falling. After making the staff aware of the issues in the lobby they placed wet floor signs down and made no effort to actually clean up the mess. We stayed so my kid could play in the play place and after 2 1/2 hours of them playing and having fun I went to go order a drink. Same wet floor signs over the same areas and ketchup and grease still all over. Lastly the line was about 3 or 4 people and it took forever for us to place our orders and even longer for us to get our food. All of us customers were talking amongst ourselves and just looking at each other shrugging and shaking our heads in the disbelief of how long it was taking. The reason for the delay... Something on fire? Ran out of food? No just on their phones playing laughing while the window person twerked to the music of a person in drive through. Yea not a good place I do...
Read moreIt's ridiculous to place a mobile order and have to go through the drive thru lane to pick the order up, wait over 10 minutes just to get the speaker, wait nearly 10 minutes at the speaker, of which I never was greeted, I had already been in line nearly 20 minutes and was quickly becoming late for work, so I said "Hello" and was told "one moment" to which I responded that I had a mobile order, it took over 25 minutes to pick up a mobile order I placed ahead of even pulling into McDonald's. This time isn't even the worst wait I've had, this is just the first time I tried grabbing myself something for dinner on my way to work in a VERY LONG TIME.
