Leo's Coney Island — Restaurant in Sylvan Lake

I have never ate here before it used to be a different restaurant I believe. Had the steak and eggs. The steak was very grisly and dry. For the price. My waitress was really good though and she did her best. I also noticed that the condiments on the table were very dry and hard to come out of the container. This is because they don't rinse them like they used to in the restaurant. You should always rinse the top of the condiments overnight and let them air-dry. That way when you have your table set up for your customers your condiments are ready to go. Also another tip if I'm going to pay almost $15 for a steak make sure you give me a good piece that's worth my money. Just going to stick to my regular place and probably not come here again. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm in the service industry as well so I know how it is. The waitresses again did a very good job. But the cook needs to be more attentive and not give out bad food. Let me say first I knew going in the food would be average. It's a coney lol. The customer service was lacking. Waitress took our pop order disappeared. Came out 5 minutes later to run to a new table and take there drink order. Then took a food order from another table before going back and remembering our drinks. Didnt bring water out. Ordered simple. Got the fish meal with extra tarter husband got a hamburger with ranch. Food came out. No tarter no ranch. But she ran off as soon as the plate hit so we had to wait 3 or 4 minutes for her head to pop out going to another table to remind her. Disappeared again and didn't come back out till all food was done leaving my husband with a empty coke his whole meal. ..... these are basics.
