McDonald's — Restaurant in Sylvania

It was really hot today! 🌞🌞And it's especially hot when you think you've lost your keys and you're running from one place to the other. But Miss Laura at the McDonald's in Sylvania ran around with us trying to find keys and she was so kind and patient when she and I realized the keys were in my pocketbook! I look forward to her taking my order up front at McDonald's in Sylvania every time I go in because she always has a smile and she's always patient as I get my app to load! And today she went the extra mile and looked under the table and went out in the parking lot. Trying to find the gentleman that cleaned under the table earlier to see if my keys were found and her patience was still showing up when she walked us to the car and said she will keep checking. Maybe someone else will bring them into the restaurant. It is so good to be in a small town and have a great restaurant with great hot french fries when you need them and then have great customer service people that care about the customers. This location is awful. Kids running this place are not professional at all. I ordered from the machine (got no receipt), then waited 10 minutes watching the kids play around behind the counter with no one else in front of me. After a while, one of the kids asked me if I'd been helped yet. I said I ordered from the machine and gave him my order number. He said "oh" and looked through some crumpled up receipts and then started working. He bagged my stuff and gave it to me. He didn't give me a cup that came with my combo, so I had to get his attention again and ask for it. They also had no unsweet tea at all, which is what I ordered. No apologies. No thank you. Floor was slippery and dangerous throughout the entire restaurant (I think they used wrong mix or too much soap). Thank God I don't live in this town and have to visit this McDonald's more than once in my life. The owners should be embarrassed at the standard they've established at this place. I've visited other McDonald's around the country with young kids working that are clean and courteous. These owners have clearly given...

The employees are rude. Never speak to you, even when spoken to. Always a problem with the food. Never give you the price before. Upcharge you for something you didn't ask for. This store is a good representation of poor service, which seems to be the standard for McDonalds. Tried again hoping that the employees were just having a bad day. No such luck. Lady ignores me for 10 minutes after initially asking for my order. When I get to the window to pay she has no idea what I ordered. After paying, she walks away and doesn't give me my receipt. At the pick up window I ask for the receipt and another lady tells me I will need to drive around to the first window to get it. After telling her I would not, they finally give me my receipt and my food which was ice cold, even the coffee was cold. The manager of the store needs to be fired. If this is the type of atmosphere that they approve of they have no business being a manager. Worst customer...
