Starbucks — Restaurant in Sylvania

Its okay, employees always seem to make my drink different every time i go yet i always order caramel macchiato (i have gotten with whip cream b4 with caramel sauce then without, then with diff. Milk or almond milk) its like a Russian roulette when i use to order...now i try n stay clear from them unless im running late and or its the closet. I now go to actual Starbucks on central which is 10636x better! Customer service also the same u may get a nice person, rude, snotty, ect. Just too much mess when all i want is a coffee!! Was later informed Starbucks has nothing to do with stores that are inside another store so that could be why...not...

The service at this Starbucks is absolute trash. Been to this location 4 times now and every time has been a disappointment. The last time we went was a few weeks ago and was told the boba for the summer skies drink was “forever” gone and never coming back, yet they still advertised the drink and charged full price. Workers were rude as hell about delivering that news to me and my 13 year old son.. to top it off while I was finishing my order the other worker was legitimately talking trash about the summer drink on how she doesn’t like it anyways… set aside the bad attitudes of every single worker there, especially the older lady the drinks...

I’m a regular Starbucks customer, I’ve purchased more then 300 Fraps from various locations. I just had the worst experience. They are very rude, and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced this at any other location. I’m very choked how bad of a customer service these two...
