Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Loveland

My son (15) asked me to pick up fast food on the way home. I told him we could split Pen Station as he's never had it. I ordered a large Rubin with Swiss on half (as I wasn't allowed to have dairy at that time) & large fry. I got home, and the cheese side was noticeable larger, bummer. We split the fries, I sat down, took a bite & bam! Bread, sauerkuaut, 1000 island & almost no meat! (See photo). Took a pic & called them! I told them the situation... dead air. I told them I just wanted them to know & the guy said "ok" and hung up! No, sorry. No, is there anything we can do? Just 'click'. Now I think $13.50 for a sandwich implies the sandwich will be considerable & although the meat content improved as I reached the other end, I can't justify the cost. It was tasty, but sadly, I think this will be my last visit to this Penn Station location. The fries needed salt, too.

We spent 20 minutes, 2 different phones, the app nor the website would work. We drive to the store. We order, pay, he asks for a receipt he never received, to THEN be told, 'oh, no, you have to order that online'. We prove that we COULDN'T order online. It didn't matter Sitting here, THIRTY minutes later, paid full price, the employees actually say, "yeah the website crashed, it's down" So wait? Am I to understand this correctly, you will not honor your sale because I did not order online, which I CANNOT do, and YOU KNOW I CAN'T? That's not a win, and if you're doing business in the name of the Bengals? You should honor it.... And NOW? It took you 35 minutes to check on me and find out while I was still sitting here? No, no thank you I don't want to give you my business I just want my money back. Please...

Sandwich was good, service was a little slow but we did come at the very end of the night. But Penn station really needs to up the Meat on the philly, I get mine plain And even with the "extra oz of meat" it's still mostly bread unfortunately but it's still good. You know what your getting when you come so I'm not telling anyone anything new. Wouldn't mind the price as much if there was a bit more meat on it. I changed my rating because of Penn stations reply, I did NOT enjoy my meal that well. You need more meat on your sandwich. Don't reply and act like I gave you a freaking perfect review. You sandwich was skimpy and the service was slow. How is that a review that warrants "glad you enjoyed your meal!" As a response? Add more meat! Add more meat! Respond to that......
