Cafe Elite — Restaurant in Tacoma

I liked the taste of their coffee until I noticed every time I buy coffee from them, they change the price. I purchased one of their reusable cups hoping this would help the discount my coffee. However, my coffee always winds up being.75-1.00 more expensive than LISTED on the board and that INCLUDES the discount I'm supposedly getting from bringing my own cup. So I pay MORE than what is listed on the board even after a discount... which makes ZERO sense to me since I BROUGHT MY OWN EFFIN CUP.

The girls who work there also decided to tell me they had gone out that weekend (including their manager who was in the stand at the time) and that they got into some "coke" and that it was "so crazy".

Normally, idc what my barista does with their spare time. However, I do care when I suspect that they are changing my coffee prices to pad their own coke pockets. I tried to be professional by emailing the company and never received a response....

Dishonest pricing and sub par coffee.

There are two different locations that inform you about surcharges and percentage increases all pushed on to the customer and no values posted on the menu except for food. The total surcharges can be over 5% if you use a card and at the very least 2.5% for everyone for 90 days.... But there is no date on when that 90 days started so I suspect we are way over 90 days at this point. I would rather see these charges reflected in the price of coffee instead of guessing when I get to the window.

I got a latte, I could not taste any of the espresso, just steamed milk. This place may be for people who are really into the redbull drinks instead of coffee, its a large portion of the menu and immediate...

I got overcharged. I got a 16 oz hot white chocolate mocha which should have been $4.84 after taxes. Instead, I was charged $6.01; when I asked the barista why, she hesitated and said they were charging for MILK as of 4 days ago. I checked to see if what she told me was true, so I went to another Cafe Elite (less than a mile away) and got the same order and was charged the correct amount. I understand that there is a service charge for using a card, but even with the service charge, the price should have been $5.34.
