Been going here for almost a year. Coffee’s usually great, on the rare occasion it’s not but that’s fine. Not a big deal. Baristas are friendly enough. But lately I’ve gone in and there is one barista (short dark purple hair- I think her name is Julie) who has been extremely off putting. When pulling up to the window, she stands there looking at us and says absolutely nothing. Whether she’s handing drinks or food out, or taking your order initially, she doesn’t say a single word. It’s extremely awkward. She continues to stand there and stare, straight faced, almost glaring. After receiving my order I say thanks and have a good day. She says nothing, slams the window shut. First couple times, I brushed it off. Maybe she’s having a bad time. I was a barista for many years, I get it. However it continues on every time I go to this location. Earlier this week she basically threw my order at me, said “here you go” rather rudely and again, slammed the window shut. I don’t get it. I’ve never complained. I’ve never been anything less than nice to all of these girls. I tip 20%-25% regardless of how service was. This is making me not want to come back, which really sucks because I do really...

Edit again: went back with my mom and our drinks were heavily ' milked' down to the point the inconsistency is a big no go for me. Will not be returning.

Edit as of 9/19: After the review the owner reached out to me via instagram- we had a wonderful conversation that was polite and so professional. I went back today and requested a 16oz white coffee drink with no cherry or other nut flavors ( since white coffee is a bit nutty ). I thought the baristas would make me a latte with a flavor but I was blown away I didn't catch the name of the drink but I can rightfully say - Instant heaven and drank before I got to my next stop with regret for drinking it too fast. The stand is close to my daughter's temporary school ( for the next two years 😅😅😬 ) and I can see this being our special ' it is Friday !!' treat. Goodbye money! They had a large menu and a lot of staff. The Americano tasted burnt but it was drinkable and I had the white coffee brown sugar brulee. It was flavorless :(. I love their Instagram and I probably will stop there again if I am in the area. Cute...
