I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened and always get the same thing. This past weekend, i was served day old tea. I took it back because it tasted bitter and sour, the manager confirmed it was tea made yesterday. The manager yelled at the employee (even though they didn’t open) and told the employee to pour the new batch from the back into the dispenser (with the old tea left inside). They let me know it would be warm since it was made just a few minutes ago and had ice cubes still melting. I ordered at like 2 PM so every person before me was served the old tea. They don’t clean the funnels between uses in personal cups (just rinse them out) and I’ve never seen an employee take a temperature of the toppings or milk on the “cold bar” area where they are kept. I genuinely can’t say if they make product fresh every morning, but this is not the first time I’ve had to take my tea back for tasting old and gross. I would love to see this business thrive, but there appears to be a lack of knowledge on food safety.
Additionally, if you get the subscription, there’s no way to order your drink yourself without an employee doing it. Prepare to wait in line (or at the register) every time as other folks try and figure out how and what to order themselves on the screen/tablet. Read moreI ordered a brown sugar milk tea with boba and like other reviews the "milk tea" seemed to only be milk with a few squirts of brown sugar on the inside of the cup. There was no tea flavor anywhere in the drink. The cup uses removable lids as opposed to the seal of plastic that most places use which personally I do not like as it also makes it more inconvenient to mix up the drink.
The boba itself was really bland and what felt like a small portion opposed to the actual drink. The texture was actually not that bad but there wasn't anything else going for it.
I went when it was empty but the drink did come out in less than a minute which was impressive but everything after that was disappointing. Along with the price I feel like I will not be going back. I would be open to trying a different kind of drink like the smoothies but to have such a disappointing basic drink doesn't give...

We walked in and nothing was bagged yet. So we waited about five minutes. We checked our order and we had only 3 of our 12 bao. So we went back and told the girl who was working. I don’t know how, but she was extremely confused. We showed her the receipt which said 2X of the smoked BBQ pork Bao (6pcs) and she said, so 3 more?” And we had to re-explain that we order 2, 6 packs of the Bao, so we were missing 9. We waited another 45 minutes to get the rest. Again we got the REST of our food and we decided to triple check and she still only gave us 6. We left very unhappy and I am just flabbergasted with the incompetence...
