Best breakfast buffet I've had! They had so many options, and all of the food was great! I made sure I tried some of everything. Sticky buns: Show stopper, a MUST HAVE. I had like 3 of these my first day there, and had no regrets! They're warm and have just the right amount of cinnamon. I can't even find the right words to describe this heavenly dish. French toast: Perfectly cooked, another must try. Waffles: Were a little cold and not crispy at all. I didn't even finish the quarter piece I took. Scrambled eggs: Great! Bacon: Crispy, soft, you can have your pick! Smoked salmon: It was really good the first day, but didn't seem fresh the second time in. Omelette bar: I don't think its possible to go wrong with a build your own omelette place that has about 15 topping options! Pasties: The cheese danish was good, buy my favorite was one that had a sweet filling and powdered sugar on the top. Probably had a hint of cinnamon too. I couldn't stop having them. Frittata: the usual. Oatmeal: Tried to be healthy, so I had some of this, definitely made the right decision. Strawberries: Some were fresh some weren't, but I guess that...

This is about the worst Thanksgiving meal I’ve ever had. The $90++ buffet looks good on paper, but the quality of food was horrible. The turkey was dry, the beef over cooked, pasta was soggy and the oysters were very fishy. Everything tasted like it’s only seasoned with salt and no other flavors. When we’re about to leave, it took another 30 minutes to get the waiter the attention to get our check. Not many restaurants were open on Thanksgiving day in the area, I guess, but we would’ve prefered cup noodles over this outrageously overpriced buffet that left us so upsetting. Also, the seatings were so crowded we could barely get to buffet table, not to mention the air circulation...

Located within the Resort at Squaw Creek, (now called the Everline Resort & Spa) Cascades is where to go for breakfast every morning. The buffet is absolutely amazing.
