I consistently have positive experiences with this (Takoma/Langley) Little Ceasar location. Most times I order online/in app, and the order is always accurate, fresh and ready in (and usually before) the quoted time. On the occasions when I've ordered in person, even when there's a wait or the establishment is busy, the staff is reliably nice, professional & working with a sense of urgency.
I wanted to take a moment to review this location because I didn't give Little Ceasars much thought, in general, for 30+ years of my life since I was raised on home cooking, and word of mouth about Little Caesars is typically not encouraging. But after a couple years as a regular customer at this specific location, with consistently good service, I'm pleasantly surprised bcz most establishments--just based on sheer numbers/probability--are disappointing at least a quarter of the time (And I feel like fast food places get the order wrong about 50% of the time. ššµāš«š„“š), in my experience. But that hasn't been the case with this Little Ceasars, and I'm appreciative of that. For the prices (There's always at least one decent special!) the quality of the food and service surpass expectations.

We walked around the entire block and there was no pizza on any steps in the neighborhood. That night I spent a total close to 45 minutes dealing with Door Dash who referred me to the LC corporate office. Corporate told me it would be refunded. No apology. And it wasn't refunded. That Saturday I called the store and was told a manager would call me back. No one did. On Monday I called the store again and the manager said he would refund the cost. No apologies. And it has been a week and there is no refund on the charge card. I sent corporate a tweet. They took my information and told me someone would get back with me. No one did. I have now spent well over an hour and a half trying to get back money for something I never received. Not only was there the pizza on the charge -- there was a delivery fee and a nice tip on top of it. Basically Door Dash and Little Caesars didn't deliver the product and kept the money. At first it seemed like a mistake, then incompetence, and now it seems like they are just stealing...

Keep in mind, she cut me off, talked over me. After I let her talk I explained that I ordered through the app and not door dash, that she whined in an immature voice āyeah, it doesnāt matter we donāt do anything with drivers.ā She yelled out to someone else in Spanish, without asking me to hold, (I would assume she double checked, but I donāt speak Spanish.. just context clues) She came back and said āLike I said ..ā
I spoke to the manager whom also cut me off mid sentence but she said was apologetic.
I worked fast food for a few years in multiple positions. Thereās no way Iād have people at my store handling customers that way ESPECIALLY unprovoked.
