Chick-fil-A should be embarrassed that this location has its name. The staff was rude and the customer service was far from the chick-fil-a standard. Today, we ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and after we received our food and sat down, we noticed they gave us a spicy sandwich instead of a regular. We went to ask them to correct the order and they accused us of not ordering at all. They asked for our name and then stated that they never called that name out. Then asked again if we had ordered. She looked back in the orders and stated that no one with that name has ordered. She asked us again if we really actually ordered food. They even made us go to the cashier that we ordered from and have him confirm that we indeed ordered food. After that was all done, they did not even apologize for messing up the order. A customer should never have to go through all that trouble for something that the restaurant had messed up. The Seminole dining team needs to realize that they are serving not only students but also university staff, which...
Read moreI worked at Chick-Fil-A so I know how everything works back there. Every time I come to this location they mess up my order. This last time I went, I asked for well done fries, and I ended up with cold and mushy fries. They don’t seem to communicate well as a team. They don’t read your order back as they are supposed to, they don’t put the sticker on the boxes to differentiate the sandwiches from each other, and that’s how they end up messing up orders. I know how many steps Chick-Fil-A has to ensure the costumer receives their order accurately, and this location seems to skip most of them. Either they need better management or better workers, but something here is wrong.
Giving two stars instead of one because it’s still Chick-Fil-A food and it’ll always...
Read moreThe food is good. That's why it gets two stars. BUT, this location must have the laziest workers I've ever seen. They could care less about you, dont listen half the time you speak and screw up the order and get frustrated at you. I couldnt tell you how many times I've said can I have a large lemonade to several different workers, they charge me for the large, then grab a regular and give a smug look when I say "Excuse me, I got a large lemonade". Its just nowhere near the friendly service of a chic fil a with the exception of a few employees. It is all simple fixes too, literally just need new attitudes when coming to work. If corporate saw how customers were treated I dont picture it going down to well. But hey, its chic fil a so the food is...
