Will not return. Overpriced, Overly sweet snowcones that are spilling over the sides and staining your hands. I have a family of 7 and only got 4 snowcones since some of the kids wanted ice cream. Got the "kid's size" for all the kids, which isn't advertised and costs $4.75 + tax per cup. They are the size of those little dixie cups used for rinsing your mouth. The people definitely seem like they were bothered by having customers in their low lit, hole in the wall establishment. The young man behind the counter also swore that the "kids cup" is enough for just him. I now know why after my 7 year old could only get in 3 bites before he wanted to throw it away. So i took over for him and man....... did my mouth, teeth and stomach feel extremely sore from the overload of sugar content. Talk about legal speed for kids....... If they are going to charge so much for just ice and syrup, they should really start using natural flavors with no added sugar. Filled with dyes and other monstrosities. DO NOT bring your kids or anyone else you care about here....

Went by yesterday to try the place. I gave it a two rating because the customer service was good. The young lady was nice enough and professional with attempting to assist me with my order because I unfortunately didn't know what to try. She showed me the favs, and I went with the "Ace" I believe and the "Hawaiian". I am saddened to say it tasted horrible!!!!

I was displeased with how it tasted but most importantly how the orders were given to me and my son. The cups was extremely messy and the preparer didn't even bother to clean /wipe off the cup but instead handed both cups to us extremely messy with ingredients spilling all over the place 🤔. It took us at least 20 to 30 minutes to clean the cup up enough to even begin to taste the product. After the clean-up, it just didn't taste good. It tasted like old ice cream with no real flavor. Today my family and I went to get sneauxballs after an early dinner; they were amazing! My daughter ordered the “love” sneauxball and my mom and I ordered rainbow for the nostalgia.

One thing I want to mention is that before ordering I specifically asked were there any smaller sizes than the ones on display. I knew my child would not finish the smallest size displayed. The cashier told me that they didn’t have a smaller size.

As we were waiting on our sneauxballs to be fixed, a lady came in with about 8 young boys and all of a sudden I see that they had smaller cups. All of the boys were able to order small sneauxballs.

An appropriate answer would’ve been that the smaller cups were for a certain age range not a...
