I didn’t want to write a review but I think it might be necessary I have dealt with this company twice with my vehicle this would be my second truck I went to have tires and rims installed and I am a business owner and the word STANDING ON BUSINESS means a lot to me because dealing with the public is how I eat and if your word isn’t valid you should just let good paying customers go on by there way because some people work very hard for there Bread atp I feel like I was let down because i went on there suggestions of what to go with this time on my truck now with the 26’s I have I can’t even enjoy my truck because every turn is a scrub I feel like they left me out to dry and just say the heck with it I have spent over 12k the two time I been here and I am a returning customer even though I went through problems before I still gave them another chance because we are brothers, I can’t say I wouldn’t recommend them because they will get you wat you want you just got to keep it 100 when you make moves and telling people what works and if your not fir sure it does say that up front. I’m dissatisfied only because I feel there not understanding that this is my personal vehicle and a brand new one at that and I’m stuck only because you suggest a different item than what I came looking for because it was in stock I’m still trying to get this taken care of but I think ima have to go somewhere else this is very frustrating and I feel I wasted money....

This company is a rip off. I should have known when I first got there upon signing paperwork. The guy Anthony was bragging about going to another customer job putting there car on blocks. I should've walked way then. Please make sure you read every line on the contract. I was given the wrong date for pay off. I had a 120 day contract. When I called to pay off my account I was given almost triple what the pay off was. I called and left messages, no reply, and all communication stopped. Then out the blue. They called and told me to turn in the tires or a warrant would be issued for my arrest for theft. The same day they were following my son without him knowing from one city to the next. Immediately I got the tires off my vehicle and have been waiting for days now still no reply for them to pick up the tires. No communication and they won't come pick them up. Met with Tony today to get 4 new tires and new rims for my Fiance's truck and I cannot express how excellent the customer service was! For starters, they had a great selection of rims to choose from and Tony was attentive in helping us find something that best suited our needs and our wants. They have financing options available that are a breeze to work with and it was no pain to go through this process today. We ended up leaving with exactly what we were hoping to find and everyone in this establishment was courteous and engaging and they got us in and out in a timely manner. I cannot rave enough about this place! They will definitely be getting our business from here on out. I could not recommend them any more highly! Thank you guys...
