I am truly thankful for small business owners who still prioritize customer service like Lady Luck! I placed an order late on Friday night for pick up on Saturday for the unfortunate passing of my aunt. When I’m 10 mins from Tallahassee I google map the address to find out that the boutique closes at 4PM. It is now 3:58.

The dress I ordered would be used for my aunts burial. Without realizing the boutique closed early on Saturday, I had an eta of 15 mins past closing. I reached out to the boutique and the explained I was driving 60-70 mins for the pick up, then boom FSUs home game traffic and cut offs are placed making normal streets one ways, and the 15 mins is now 35 mins past closing.

I arrived honestly thinking that on a Saturday for sure they would be gone but, to my delight the owner was there AND had responded to my email. Traffic was crazy and I was so stressed that I only had a chance to check it once.

No one is required to stay past normal operating hours and I know the strain that it causes. I am so thankful she was so prompt with email that she saw my message.

They cater to all shapes and sizes and events dressy or casual. They have beautiful accessories and amazing referrals for alterations (if needed) with impeccable turnaround time.
