I am a doordash driver, at most restaurants if it's late we pull up to the drive through window to get the customer's order. I get to the window and here is Dontavious, (the so called Manager). He doesn't say anything, he continues to take the person's order behind us. So I wait patiently, even though I'm thinking hey that's rude why is he taking another order and not speaking to me. He finally says something to me, and that's when I told him I'm a dasher and who order I was here for. In a sarcastic and rude tone, he begins to explain to me that we have to stop at the speaker to inform them of the order, that's why he made us wait until he finished the customers order behind us. He was so unprofessional, rude, and sarcastic. I've never had to stop at the speaker before so I didn't know, but instead of him informing me of this in a pleasant manner he decided to be rude. Oh did I mention how he closed the window on me after he supposedly explained their procedures for picking up the food. My husband was also in the car with me, I literally had to ask him not to do anything crazy. The Manager was just that Rude! Wendys please do better with Management. I was simply there to pick up an order not an attitude. Maybe training Mr. DONTAVIOUS on how to properly speak to someone would be a start for you all. Read more👎👎 I've been handed incomplete AND incorrect orders with no receipts at the same Wendy's: 3030 W Pensacola St, Tallahassee, FL 32304 location this week and last week. Last week I didn't receive my 4pc nuggets with my biggie bag. I also upgraded to the baconator fries and received regular fries. I had already gotten to my destination when I discovered the errors so just took the loss. Today I ordered the same biggie bag meal, when I got to my destination I discovered that I had no fork for my baconator fries, no spoon for my frostie, AND no chicken nuggets. Irritated would be an understatement when I had to make the 6 mile round trip to get their error corrected. I received my 4 PC chicken nuggets with no apology or other compensation for my time and troubles. I took my nuggets and walked out highly agitated from their lack of doing their job. I get back to my destination eat my fresh nuggets, dig into my warm baconator fries... Then move on to my jr. Bacon cheese burger, or so I thought.... Surprise! It's not I guess it's a bacon double stack or something. The employees at this location need pay more attention to the orders they are handing out. And they need to be giving us our receipts in the drive thru for when we do have to come back and dispute an order. This review/complaint has been sent to you're corporate customer...
Read morePlease replace the store Manager {Shantel Taylor} for Wendy’s on (3030 W Pensacola St) She will call the police on people but not on the employees she favors. Shantel Taylor is the store Manager, there has been incident where Two Employee's pulled Hand Guns out on each other after Petit Argument, keep in mind one of the guys was Under 21 Yrs old. Shantel did not Report it to the police. Rather she just had them transferred work to other Wendy’s locations. The issue is Shantel Taylor condones violence like this in a Wendy’s store. This is a safety issue for the community. There's so much Nepotism from Shantel. her blood sister Toya is a manager {very unprofessional to employ your blood relatives in the same store as you} , her Neice Kayla, even Family Members that come through drive thru or Lobby etc. all people she favors will Eat for free! Multiple times during the shift. & everyone else pay. She turns around and writes employees up for food cost/ $ Loss but her whole family is eating for free. Every chance they get even on her off days she brings her kids to the work place to eat. It doesn't make no sense how somebody can just get by doing ridiculous actions for so Long.
