Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tamaqua

Ordered through the mobile app when I was about 6-7 mins away. Still waited another 15mins once I arrived. I ordered an ice coffee, bagel toasted with cream cheese and a wake up wrap. As I was waiting for my food I asked why it was taking so long, they did not even start my order until I arrived. Got the coffee and then waited another 5 mins before the food was started. It is a toasted bagel with cream cheese... you cant really screw that up... well apparently even though the name of the food is pretty much the instructions you still can. Got the wake up wrap burnt and hard, the bagel was not toasted and had maybe TSP of cream cheese on it. I took it not toasted because the "new guy" did not toast it and I could not wait any longer as I was going into work. Nothing but excuses from the staff, and was told that drive through come first.... mind you maybe 2 cars went through the drive while I was standing inside. I do not really care if you are "new" it is a bagel with cream cheese how do you f*ck that up?

Update: Tried the DD again figured they got it together.... Nope. Second photo is the bagel I got today... apparently there is a tariff on...

Pulled up to the teller and had multiple people asking "what do you want?" as soon as I roll down my window. I reply "hold on, I need a minute, I just pulled up" to which they replied very cockily "Well we're just nice like that". I'm not going to Hans money over to some smart mouthed drop-out so we drove off. Quality was starting to drop over the past couple of months but we will not be going back.

Everytime I've stopped by the employees have been very kind and very respectful. They always ask how you're doing and make small talk which is nice. I've never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes...

First, I went through the drive through and ordered an iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar. They handed me my coffee and it was dark brown, and I told them something wasn’t right so the employee said he would add more cream. I took my drink, parked and tried the coffee. It was sour and tasted like dirty pong water. I went inside and told them and ordered and paid for a blue raspberry Coolatta. I then left and once I tried it, there was the same dirty pond water taste. I stopped drinking it only to find that the contents of the Coolatta completely separated, when that has never happened any other time I ordered it. Absolutely disgusting and a...
