The worst pizza shop in Florida. If you call it's going to ring for 3 minutes. Then when they answer they're going to put you on hold for another 10. This is not an isolated incident. This has happened every single time I have called without fail.
I asked what carry out specials they have and they tell me 1 medium 3 topping pizza for $8.99 if I recall correctly. Then when I go there to pick it up, its not ready after an hour because they only have 1 cook on at 7:00 PM for some reason. Then I see that they have a deal written on the blackboard for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $10.99. I ask if I can get that instead because I only got 2 toppings on my pizza anyway and it's 2 bucks more. It seems like a better deal. So I order that one and go wait out in my car for another 30 minutes and lucky for me they rush it through.
I go in when it's ready and I am getting ready to pay for it. When he says it's actually $10.99 for each pizza. Apparently he didn't know this. Why would he, he only works there. So they lied to me and wasted a half hour of my time because they can't remember there own menu and didn't even try to make it right. His way of making it better is to offer me the fresher pizza. Now I don't feel like I'm owed anything. But this is ridiculous.
When you screw over a customer that bad and don't even try to make it right it shows how little you care about your job. I called their customer complaint line. Of course they are the same caliber up there too. I've had to call 3 times and each time they shrug me off saying the District Manager will get in touch with me. Still waiting on that call District Manager.
I hate this chain so much, they employ a bunch of teenage stoners who can't remember an order or just don't care enough to do it right. They run an ad campaign calling themselves out for being terrible the proceed to change nothing except a few ingredients while their number one problem is the god awful customer service. Seriously support a local shop who actually care about the end product like Big Louies or Monti's. I never know why I keep coming here. It's a...
Read morePlaced an order online for 2 large topping pizzas at $8.99 each. Total was $25.51. Placed an order at 10:09 PM. I'm sitting here staring at this extremely dejected looking pizza. It is 11:20 PM. Delivery time claimed "19-29 minutes" -- I had to wait over an hour.
Signed for the pizza, tried to be cordial about it and came inside. Opened the pizza box and the pizza looked dry. Thought it was just me and impatience making it appear that way.. No, it actually was dry... Like South Florida when the Heat Index is 11 and you see the heat waves and tell yourself "I need to stay FAR away from that!"
Took a bite. Something didn't taste right. Took another bite to make sure. Before I could say anything, my mother confirmed my suspicion. This pizza was DRY AS HELL. NO SAUCE. NO TASTE. and the Cheese? Don't even get me started! It was like there was none. It seems like someone (according to online it was a "Shackara") reheated the pizza to the perfect reheating temperature, put it in the delivery bag and send the delivery guy over to my house an HOUR late.
Now I'm an avid pizza lover and I have had GREAT service with Domino's before at other stores, but this was the first time ordering from the one in the area I live in now. I want my money back, and as I am writing this (11:31 PM), I have been on the phone waiting to speak to a manager for 8 minutes and 35 seconds. Someone must want me to be a angry person tonight.
When I clicked the "Order" button, I didn't expect reheated and dry ass pizza. If I wanted that, I could've went to the Wal-Mart 2 MINUTES from my house and picked two up and had it in less time than that, and even then Wal-Mart pizza is pretty good.
Crappy customer service. Crappy pizza. Crappy situation. I'm going to complain like hell until I get my money back. Save your money and just go out to eat. These guys are a joke.
Oh, and it's 11:36 PM now. Its been 13 minutes and I STILL HAVE NOT spoken to a manager!

Read moreI can see by the reviews that this location has problems...wish i had looked at them before patronizing this store.. Tried ordering a pizza at this location..was an online order only deal apparently....and there were definitely complications in communication with THE KID working the counter. Had to call a different location to find out that I could order online and pay at the store to receive the deal i was trying to order. Placed my order online as I was already there...while I was waiting i noticed some cool sunset clouds and started taking some pics...THE KID...(mind you..this is an instore employee, not a third party delivery person or random jerk, but the person I had just dealt with in store) had gotten off work while I was placing my order and was in the parking lot about 50-75 yards away and started yelling at me about taking pictures??? ...of him??? ...and proceeded to approach and threaten me with a violent outcome if I didn't stop taking pics of him lol...as I was not the least bit intimidated he did back down...but the point is no one should have to worry about taking pictures in public and/or being threatened or assaulted by employees of any business they visit for doing so..especially over a mediocre meal at best. Will never use that store again..and there's plenty of other pizza joints besides dominos that deserve my business. I just wanted some dinner...Completely disappointed in my visit to dominos Commercial Blvd 2400 B location today. The pizza was hot...only because I was the delivery person ha...but only soso...typical dominos pizza. I've had much better food and service
...also noticed all the negative reviews for this store i read after the fact...not a single one was addressed by management or owners with an apology or commitment to remedy issues that any customers have had...tried customer service...also laughable...Js..my advice...try...
