Cuban Express Sandwiches — Restaurant in Tampa

My boyfriend and I were looking for a food truck to enjoy while we were out running errands and ended up passing by Cuban Express. We U-turned at the light, decided to try it out and are thrilled we did. From start to finish the service was fantastic and kind, you can tell the food is made with love. We ordered a Cuban sandwich, mango smoothie, croquettes, an empanada, and cafe con leche and not a single item disappointed. The food was excellent. I had three others with me and we all had something different. I had the meat potato balls and they were outstanding. French fries were lightly seasoned. Large variety offerings offered out of the food truck. We were all very impressed with our orders. The two women working were all very nice and the food was cooked fresh...

So this is my second time stopping by here to grab a bite. As far as food trucks go this one is top tier. The sandwich was fresh and full of flavor. The cafe con leche was as good as it gets. They are also very organized. They will hand you a restaurant style beeper for your wait. Which makes it convenient to wait in your car if its to hot or cold.
